The room itself was very spacious — my king bed could’ve easily shared the space with another full bed and still felt roomy. Loved having the built-in personal care items, plus a Keurig, mini fridge, and microwave. Huge plus.

However, there were two drawbacks: my room was in the back building and there was no ice machine nearby, which was inconvenient. Most importantly, the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. If the hotel upgraded the beds, this would easily be a much better stay.

So happy I chose this hotel for our stay in Davis. Both the room and grounds are very clean and well-maintained. Really nice reno of rooms with a villa feel. Don't worry about freeway noise (at least in building 3), it was quiet and peaceful here. Simple breakfast, good coffee, excellent service. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Aside from the walls and floor being thin, that you can hear your neighbors above and sides, overall not bad rate. Clean, beds and bathroom nice. We didn’t bring our fur baby but they asked at check in so we now know pets are welcome. Be ready of virtual front desk check in .

Nice place. They're implementing virtual assistant kiosks to check you in and out. Outsourced of course. I ended up having to wait for the front desk person to my room anyway.... facility and rooms are very clean 👌 water pressure and temp were great. My side of the beds wall outlet was not charging my phone and the iron hanger was falling out of the wall with minimal touch. Localized between the soccer fields we were playing at and downtown Davis. Overall a positive stay. Would stay there again.

The rooms are great, hard wood floors, comfy beds, feel safe.
The walls are so thin though. We could hear every conversation, tv show, bed squeak.
Virtual agents at front desk are great. It’s a different experience but they were great.

It was a pleasant stay, the room was very clean, and staff was friendly. The outside space was very inviting with the pool and palm trees. The only things: the breakfast was more of a quick snack and coffee, would have been better with some eggs and waffles. But overall happy with our stay, would come again!

Rooms were recently remodeled. The kiosk check-in was a little bit weird with the virtual assistant, but it was fine. The pool was great. The staff was nice. The location couldn’t have been better for being at the Davis soccer tournament. Downtown is excellent and it’s only 10 minutes away. Overall we had a great time.

The service was on point. Housekeeping, front desk and kiosk were friendly and prompt service. Breakfast was easy and just enough. Every aspect made out stay super easy. ||We had stayed one previous time at this hotel for a soccer tournament and that experience made it easy to decide to stay here again. Very enjoyable!
