Affordable, clean, easily accessible, friendly staff. Stayed in 4 motels in Arkansas and Missouri and this spot was my favorite. They have a nice view of the woods if you get a room in the rear. I saw some deer and an armadillo just a stone's throw away from our door.

I've stayed here a couple of times now. Rooms are super clean, priced reasonably, and the breakfast is pretty good also. Highly recommended!

I found this wonderful hotel by reading reviews so I thought I'd add my own. The views are stunning and the location is fantastic! The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was marvelous with helping us with an early check-in and special needs for my elderly father. You can't beat the value either. We will definitely be back!!

Quaint motel with a very lovely staff. It's perfectly located to absolutely anything you're looking to do in Eureka Springs. I loved the fact that you can sit on the back balcony and enjoy watching nature.

Was a great location. Great hotel, great service and tell there was no service. No electricity, no running hot water. No, nothing and didn't even offer a discount on our stay. You would think a place that has Tornadoes and Storm in that season would have a backup generators.

They said I was given the option of going up 4 stairs.. that is true when u decend down a steep hill to get to it. If I tell them I don’t do stairs well.. common sense would say that either up 2 flights of stairs to ground or having to climb a steep incline won’t work.. we’ve stayed many places in Eureka Springs over the years. Won’t stay here again ..
