I was further berated and made to be the one who has a problem. Why don’t you give other person chance at massage! Somehow it is my fault that I scheduled an appointment and they messed up? No one in the indenture establishment is licensed either. Such a joke then it’s my fault….. wow some nerve. Typically the response when someone messes up is I’m sorry what can I do to make it right! This is nothing more than a cheap sexual tease joint for gross old men. Not for professional massage!

Definitely would come here again. Even just the 30 minute massage was perfect. I love the way they get our knots and I love that the oil was very warm. 5 stars!!

As a travel nurse working long hours on my feet, I always prioritize finding a good masseuse in the city I travel to. Hands down this has been my absolute favorite. The 60 minute massage feels like they spend 2 hours on you because they hit every muscle in my body in such a wonderful way. Chills, drooling, the whole nine. I have a monthly subscription to massage envy but haven’t gone in months because I found this gem. Prescott is very lucky to have them!

One of the absolutely worst massages I have ever had in my entire life and they charge more than other places in the area. Trust me, the other review are fake. Don't go, it's a scam. Untrained, unprofessional, terrible experience.

Fantastic place, genuinely worth every penny, but like some other reviewers have said there is definitely a language barrier but that was the only hiccup in a genuinely great experience and it never became a real problem

We were in town for some mountain biking and they could accommodate walk-ins. Very happy with the experience and we’re glad we went. Professional staff and an excellent massage. Will definitely go again next time we are in town.

7 months pregnant and in major pain so I went in with my husband. My husband says the lady who did his massage was good; however, for me they didn't do a consultation at all so they didn't know what I needed focus on. I don't know if its because I'm pregnant but he didn't use basically any pressure and didn't seem like the man who did my massage spoke any English so I didn't know what to do. Relaxing but I left in the same amount of pain as I walked in with and I feel I've wasted my money. Wishing I was informed they couldn't accommodate relief of my pregnancy pains.

Update: Within 2 hours my husband was asking me to rub his back because the knot had started hurting again. And the owner texted me asking us to remove our review but offered no resolution to our situation. I suggested using a quick questionnaire or diagram in the future to help with the communication barrier.
