We booked this location as it was a dog-friendly Marriott property (which we are members of), and it was conveniently located near family who reside nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to find a kitchenette in our ample room. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. However, for a ONE night stay, the fact that we were charged an additional $100 “dog fee” above the initial $150 hotel stay fee, was outrageous! We have been traveling cross country from NYS to Vegas, and we have either not paid anything additional to as much as $75, which we thought was unacceptable until this stay which was beyond high!!! Also, it was not indicated during the booking process of any additional dog fee, which is a typical bate & switch!?

Where do I start! Lee is one of the managers and truly went above and beyond to facilitate a stress free stay. I had come to stay with family a day after my dog passed and really had no idea how long I would stay. I ended up staying through the holidays. I booked a few nights at a time and he would always be waiting for me in the morning to help update my room key and reservation. All of the staff are beyond friendly and professional. It’s clean, quiet, affordable with a great breakfast and great location. Thank you to Lee and the team for being so accommodating and helpful.

Nice variety of complimentary breakfast- options changed each morning of my stay. Room came with a full kitchen and gear to make at home meals if necessary. My room was quiet and cozy and I look forward to staying here again. Amenities were great

if you try to use the guest laundry, do not download the app and use it. You’ll waste money because it requires pre-payment and then will not connect to the machines, but show them as busy

Instead just pay using our credit card on the tap screen as a guest.

Other than that, the rooms are nice new and clean and well organized with a full kitchen. The staff is friendly enough. They have warm or hot coffee throughout the day. The AC system is a little flaky going on and off for both myself and my fellow work colleagues who stayed here.

I’ve been a TITANIUM Marriott member for a number of years, and I’m pretty familiar with the various offerings. This is a good town place suites. Not the worst and not the best.

Overall a nice hotel, however, I could not help but feel that the 1 bedroom suite I ended up in was cramped...there is a lot being cramped into a small area! LOL!

The only complaint that I had with this hotel was my inability to change rooms...the attendant placed me in a first floor room and for security reasons, I wanted a higher level room but was denied and no one even bothered to follow up the next day to address my concern.

Other than this...it is a nice place and I would stay again, providing the hotel addresses my security concern.

A great place to stay if you're in Sierra Vista. The 2 room suite was clean and spacious enough for 5 people. The continental breakfast was always hot and tasty plus the coffee was pretty good.

We have stayed here before. It has always been a very pleasant experience. Rooms are not large, but ste always clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We will stay again and recommend it to our friends!

Unfortunately it started when I pulled up to check in. You do not have an over hang in the front of your hotel. Had to wait for rain to stop to get out of my car. Then when we checked out. Front staff was great. No automated door to help with luggage cart. Your "Suite" was unlike what I am used to. It was one large room, no table to eat off, no couch. Suite means more than one room, bedroom with living room. The bed we had needs to be replaced. We were there for 3 breakfasts.....cold every morning, even on food warmer flames. Your breakfast person needs to be a little more...friendly. Remember you are working with the public, frowned all 3 mornings, what a greeting. It was very clean and quiet.
