Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Hot breakfast served every morning, ready nice and early for people on the move. Great for business or family travel. I look forward to staying here again next time I am in southern Arizona.

Let me start by saying the service as we checked in was outstanding. The girl that was there to check us in welcomed us in, and was very professional. She hit all the right corporate greetings that I’m sure came from excellent training. She thanked us for being IHG members, and she finished by saying please enjoy your stay and let me know if there’s anything I can do for you. I was quiet and just smiled due to being tired from a long day of travel. First impression of the room. It’s clean, and the linens were fresh and crisp!!! This is not the case at every holiday inn we have visited. THANK YOU!!! Thank you for having staff that actually values and takes pride in their job! As we left to go get dinner, the same wonderful front desk person said see you later with a smile. When we returned later that night, she said welcome back, it’s good to see you again. The next day we left before 6am for an event, breakfast was already ready for the day. We saw friendly smiles from the morning staff. We didn’t have breakfast as we were enroute to an event. When we returned later on the second evening, the linens were freshened the beds were made, and the shower curtain was changed. It’s like they know I’m paranoid about cleanliness lol. The experience was so divine. Checkout was painless and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend staying here and will be returning when visiting Sierra Vista.

We stayed 4 nights and had a great experience. My son-in-law booked the hotel for our entire family. He's in charge of picking hotels from now on! We got a lot of use out of the outdoor pool set in beautiful scenery. When we go back to visit AZ we will stay here! They serve a big breakfast with many options. Super friendly staff.

My first time at a IHG hotel was staying at the candlewood suites at fort huachaca in sierra vista, it was wonderful, so I joined the IHG rewards program to try out the chain. They offered a bonus by booking online, I tried and found thier website confusing , even when I called the hotels and they had rooms , the website said no.I then booked directly with sven for the holiday Inn in town, sven was very helpful and accomodating. checking in bernadette was also kind and helpful, so far so good. What I didnt like was a 30 charge for incindentals that I had no desire to use,the room price compared to candlewood on fort huachacha was a great difference, the military appreciation rate at holiday inn, in my opinion isnt very apreciative of disabled combat veterans, esp when i compare it to other hotels in the area. the candlewood on the fort is quite cheaper and offers free laundry, I appreciate the cleanileness of the rooms and hotel, and the kind staff, but the price difference for a disabled combat veteran for me doesnt justify the price difference.Heres what gets my collar up , the hotel offers a good rate for soldiers on orders, thats great , yet I was wounded in active combat and pay more? for some hotels chains I feel a military appreciation rate is just a gimmick, and I think thats the case for IHG chain. The holiday inn is a very nice clean hotel with great ammenitys,and a kind staff, for me the differnce is paying so much more , when Im on a disabled veterans pension. I dont believe I will try another IHG chain hotel, because in the end, it comes down to value, bang for buck. The bfast was disappointing , prepackaged caramel sticky buns, no milk alternative, turkey sausage yechh, cofee was good tho, i ended up taking a banana, ...disappointed in the whole experience...vince ginardi

It was exactly what we needed. It was nice, it was clean, it was in a convenient location . Breakfast was good and we were out the door! Not even sure if there was a restaurant but it was clean and had a comfortable bed and it was quiet. Like I said, exactly what we needed.

Stayed here due to a gas leak in my neighborhood. Service was phenomenal and rooms felt like suites. They were kid/dog/ and military friendly.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff was courteous and the rooms were clean. The internet wi-fi should be stronger but the other qualities of the hotel made up for that.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Starting with the receptionist who was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Staff and everyone we came across throughout our stay made us feel welcomed with a genuine smile and greeting. The room and common areas were clean and pleasant. Breakfast options were varied and enjoyable. Parking is ample and location is easily accessible. Our stay was enjoyable and memorable. Wish we could have stayed longer.
