Sauna room had big cockroach, see attached video. Restaurant server was rude. We arrived around closing time at Fountain restaurant, the server seated us in the middle of crowd. there were many empty tables, so we asked if we could sit at one by the window, the server said: “No, I have to seat you”. Never seen that attitude before…

Had a 5000 people company Holiday party and rented a room. It was a fantastic experience! Room was very clean, with new, modern furniture and lovely decorated. Everything was fresh and clean. Very upscale atmosphere. We had a bottle of Champagne with chocolate dipped strawberries. There was a space with comfortable armchairs and little coffee table for us to enjoy it. The party was awesome, with many rooms themed with different music. Everyone had choices where to be. Some face painting and dancing performers. Then the floor was open for us to dance. It was fun. I wish there were more seating, I got tired of standing in my high heels, do it was nice to go to the room, recharge and go back dancing!

Great place to stay for fun or work. The rooms and meeting rooms were very nice. The staff was exceptional! The buffets were fantastic for our convention. The chef prepared a special celiac safe gluten-free plate for me each meal. There were always staff members close by ready to make sure everything was perfect.

My husband and I were gifted a minimoon stay at your beautiful hotel.
1. We dined at the the Grill for dinner and was served by Steve. He was generous and accommodating. We were celebrating and I suddenly didn't feel well so he packed up our dinner. My husband enjoyed a picnic in our poolside room.
2. Brunch at the Fountain, I can't rave about this meal enough. Starting with the service, Sergio attentive but not intrusive. Always willing to go a step above, like shaking our bloody mary so I didn't have a toothache.
3. What great teamwork! Paul filled in for Sergio as we if we were his own.
4. Xiaofang Pu, assistant mgr. She was a gracious hostess. We felt like royalty.
5. The food! Absolutely delicious! Dinner. Lamb perfectly seasoned and grilled. Attention to details was evident, even the grilled broccoli tender and crisp.
Brunch. Loved it! We will be back as often as possible. Fresh sweet oysters (NO grit!) Sushi rice was perfect! Ny steak was delicious and tender. Buttermilk pancakes and eggs benedicts made to order. Bottomless Belvedere bloody marys (shaken if you ask)
6. From the back of the house to the front, Attention to details and teamwork was very evident at the restaurants. It made our stay pleasant and delicious.
7. The lobby and elevators had an unbearable noxious smell we had to hold our breathe. Possibly slit parfum.
8. Checked in after 4pm and had to wait for room which was not ready.
a. Front desk was not helpful or accommodating. There are only 2 chairs in lobby. We found the pool and waited for there for a text that never came. 6pm I was tired and decided to call reception. Our room was ready.
9. We had checked our bags with the bellman upon arrival. When we went to claim them, it took 30mins and a Supervisor to find them.
10. The room. The bed was comfortable. The patio was dirty and littered with cigarette butts. The walls are thin, baby next door cried a lot. Definitely take the water reception offers. Tap water was salty and unpleasant, when used to brush our teeth.
***** to the restaurants from the kitchen staff to service to managment! They made our stay pleasant.

We stayed here to attend the Christmas tree lighting and to have a nice overnight staycation. The check in process was really easy and the staff are all extremely pleasant. The room was spacious, with a nice bathroom and really comfy bed. I actually slept better on their mattress than I do at home. The bathroom is nice, with a walk in shower and separate bath tub. I liked that there was a vanity between the bed and bathroom and appreciated that the toilet was in its own separate room. They have a lovely bar area that serves tapas (which we didn't try but the menu sounded delicious) and had live music in the evening. All in all it was a lovely stay and I would happily stay again.

Great experience! We were greeted upon arrival and offered complimentary water. I had asked for a mini fridge since my room did not come with one and they brought one up immediately. Room was spacious and everything nice laid out. Loved the separate bath tub and shower. Great view of the area.

When we checked out Kashmira was AMAZING, she thanked us for waiting (6 minutes ) then gave us water for the road. We mentioned it was his birthday and she have us a coupon for drinks at the bar. Then we went to the bar and Alexandria was very nice and hospitable. Good conversation and great drinks.
The room was nice and clean with plush towels and robes.
I am very pleased with the hotel and blown away by the staff
