highly recommend! just like the other reviews say - the owner is incredibly above and beyond accommodating! our room was on the 2nd floor and they were so helpful with helping my carry luggage up and down! great location, clean room, and close to many bus stops and a walmart for basic needs. the location also felt safe and very little street noise! and random thing - the fridge was quite big for a hotel fridge!

I'd give them a 10 on 5 if that were possible. I arrived earlier than my check-in time, but Akash went above and beyond to give me a spare room until my room was ready. Rooms were absolutely clean and there's everyday housekeeping service to maintain it that way. Great location and service. Being a compact space with limited number of rooms, they do not offer breakfast, but have several options right adjacent. You'd be surprised with the parking space, which also felt very safe. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a budget option.

Positive: Price. Negative: The room door was warped and didn?t close properly. Room 208 Was Way too close to traffic when I asked specifically for a quiet room. Also it?s directly under a flight path so that was loud.

I drove 16 hours from Seattle to San Jose. Host made me feel like I was home and accommodated to all my needs and was super kind and told me to not stress about anything. If I ever decide to do the drive again I know where I'm staying next time!

The room was clean and tidy. The noise level was actually not bad as I read. The staff is very nice, especially front desk. Definitely would comeback to book this place again.

I just finished a 5 night stay at this wonderful motel! I have stayed in motels and hotels alllll over this great country. This hotel is easily among the top 5!!! The location is perfect. The rooms are so comfy and clean! The property is pristine and quiet. The staff are friendly and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about this place! IT IS WONDERFUL!!! I had a very busy week in San Jose… it was so wonderful to come back to my room every night and relax and sleep so peacefully!!! Thank you ABVI San Jose for a wonderful trip!

Do not underestimate this hotel.

Another review said something about the hotel being clean.

You realize a lot of other hotels are not clean when you stay here.

The queen rooms come - Ta Da! - with a small pullout, which is very welcome.

We felt safe there. The area is not sketchy.

There is a Wendy's next door, and a Dennys and Walmart across the street.

It is conveniently located close to a lot of attractions in the San Jose area.

This is a great value for the money. I highly recommend it!
