First time trying this place with my husband tonight, and it was 😞 disappointing.
Atmosphere, good. Service, good.
The food was not good for me.
I got my pork rack of ribs cold, cold as in someone pulled it from the fridge and just put warm BBQ glaze over it.
After I ate about 2 end pieces, I asked my husband if it was cold or if I was just being picky. I cut a piece off for him, and he realized it was cold to the touch also.
We told the waiter, and he took it back and said they would take care of it. The waiter came out and asked if we wanted to get it in a box to go or bring it out to our table. At that point, I just wasn't hungry anymore, so we just asked for coffee instead of dessert.
The manager brought coffee to us, and the coffee was room temperature, which was not hot because we asked for half and half as we poured it in our coffee, the creamer was clumpy floating in our room temperature coffee.
The artichoke dip was very oily as well.
The only thing good was the bread, and the portion size of food was a plus.
Our tab was about $140 plus tip.
Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

We often go here during my birthday month because of the birthday discount postcard they mail me each year. It’s always very good, both service and food, but tonight seemed substantially better than most. The food tasted really good.

My wife, not normally a Cattlemen’s fan, thought her middle sized Prime Rib was delicious. Nice touch that they finish it at the table. I had the Rustlers Rib Eye. Both were prepared perfectly to order.

Birthday goodies now include a cowboy hat. Yeehaw! My lovely wife usually detests most things cowboy related. I had to coax her hard to try the hat on. We’ve been married almost 40 years and I’ve never seen here wear a cowboy hat. She fought back tonight, and I had to promise her I wouldn’t post a photo on Facebook. 😂

I don't get the hype quite honestly. The wood everywhere makes this place look dingy. The food is mediocre, nothing to gloat over, in fact the ribs were very salty. I had the salmon too and it was quite better than the ribs. The seats are run down and the whole ceiling and walls look sticky. I don't feel like I'll be coming back, it was just lackluster. To each his own of course

Excellent restaurant for the price with high ceilings and great ambience. Everybody that works here has a sense of urgency, which I like. I got the petite fillet migon w/mash. It included a side of yummy baked beans. Hours are limited! 4pm to 10pm so get it while it’s hot!

First time here and won’t be my last! Food was good, it came out very quick and wasn’t disappointed. Service was excellent! Although I felt like she rushed us when we were placing the order but it’s understandable because they were busy! Even for a Monday night! We got the $79.99 special which came with salad, appetizer, 2 entree’s, and a dessert! We also ordered an extra appetizer! Total was about $140 which I thought was reasonably priced! I would come back!!

Ribeye steak with the fried onion strings is scrum diddely umptious! Salads were fresh and tasty!! Appetizers are just ok.
