Called a day before and asked for price for 20 nights. Was told 1440 for the total. My elderly mother shows up to the hotel and they tell her it’s 1600. I call to get clarification and he says that I didn’t ask for with taxes, when I clearly asked for total since I was comparing pricing at several hotels. Definitely a shady way of doing business now she has to go find other accommodations. BE CAREFUL WITH PRICES OVER THE PHONE!!

We were traveling from out of town and tried to book accommodation a week prior to an event we wanted to attend, but the hotels we looked into were either booked or extremely expensive. I noticed that other hotels have reviews submitted by immigrants who have been housed at those hotels, which explains why we couldn't find available rooms that we had no trouble finding a few years ago.
So, we made the decision to book a room here, and even though it seemed overpriced for what you get, we decided to give it a try. Getting to the motel, it was obvious that people live there, which wasn't surprising. My significant other stated that the front desk was not welcoming and made him feel uneasy.
The smell of urine was the first thing we noticed when we entered our room. We asked the front desk if we could get another room because of the strong odor of urine. The front desk lady came to our room and said that the smell was coming from the tub and that she would clean it since there were no other rooms available for us. The smell of urine was still present even after her quick cleaning. To avoid sleeping in our cars after traveling from faraway, we decided to clean the room ourselves. We went to the local store and got some disinfectant. After cleaning and leaving for our event, we returned to a clean room and found the bed to be surprisingly comfortable. Even with everything, the night was quiet and restful.

The room looked run down. There were holes in the carpet, the bed frame was loose and moved when we did. The worst thing of all was everything had hair on it or in it, the sheets, the towels, the pillows, stains on the mattress covers. My daughter also found some derogatory words written inside the drawers which makes it not very family friendly.

WATCH OUT for this Motel... I complained because the thermostat in the room does not work, the heater turns off by itself and does not come back on automatically, the thermostat does not work. I nearly froze in my room over the night. When I asked questions regarding the thermostat before the night, the manager wanted to evict me and not give me a refund, he was CRUEL and not friendly. Watch out for this, we are in the winter and you definitly want a heater with functional thermostat.

Don’t go there:
1- the bathroom floor wet, when I asked the front desk to change the room, he refused by saying that I already used that room.
2- room smelled bad.
3- the descriptions online doesn’t match what exactly inside.
4- hair dryer doesn’t work.
5- there’s no napkin

This place is so gross and scary. Guess you get what you pay for. We only lasted 2 hours and went somewhere else. We were only in town for 1 night and didn’t make it passed 2 hours. They do non refundable rooms probably bc people try to leave. We didn’t even care losing the money. Based on the group of men staying there staring at our movements as 2 females with their kids. Definitely lacking the safety aspect. The room smelled really bad. The front door didn't seal shut.
There is no light in the black tiled shower and the shower floor was disgusting. So no thanks on showering in the dark and getting a disease. Would never recommend this place even for 1 night. If so, good luck.

Absolutely rude and racist manager who kicked me out with the police because I extended 2 nights with them, and they’ve been waking me up with phone calls and banging on my door so I could leave at their checkout time then come back again after their check in
What kind of hotel and inconvenience is that!
Stay away from these rude and disgusting people

So my first impression of this place left a bad taste in my mouth. I showed up with my 61 year old friend who had lost her apt and was being put up for the weekend by Agency for Aging in El Centro. She hadn't even gotten out of the van and I inquired if she could check in early as she had a few large bags she couldn't carry, to which the motel owner took one look at her and immediately turned his face up at her and said and I quote "No, no leave now we don't serve her here, leave my property." I said she has a reservation and her again told us to leave and come back after 2 which I did and this time his wife was downright rude and belligerent and said they called and canceled the reservation and I said how is that when the agency had closed at 12 PM and it was now 2 PM to which she replied I'm going to call and cancel. I asked why take the reservation if you aren't going to honor it and her reply was "I'm not going to explain myself leave my property now. Mind you my 61 year old friend is of African American heritage and when they said they don't serve her here they either meant her age or skin color or disability and that pissed me off to no extent. DO NOT RENT HERE!
