This hotel is pretty dilapidated and old. Rooms are a bit musty and doors open directly outside. This is more of a Motel vibe. There’s no breakfast and the gym closes quite early which is a huge downside and I wouldn’t stay here again based on that. I would rather recommend you travel a little further to another nearby best western for a better experience - and I’ve stayed at nearly all California locations for business travel lol

Room was very clean and had all the small amenities you need. Make-up remover towelette, cotton balls and Qtips, shower cap, Keurig style coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator for leftovers, friendly front desk staff, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows -and great water pressure in the shower. They don’t serve breakfast but they give you a $5 voucher pp to eat across the driveway at a very tasty diner. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, 5 stars. We stayed for 2 nights. The first night, the bathroom light was quite dim, then it went out entirely. We reported it on the first night. When we returned from a party the next day the light still didn't work. The people at the desk apologized and moved us to a much nicer room, free upgrade. I'd give more than 5 stars for cystomer service if i could. They had to switch our wireless to a different server on the first night. While Chelsea the hotel employee was fixing that, I mentioned we were having trouble with android Auto on our rental car, and the rental employees couldn't or didn't want to spend time to fix it. Chelsea fixed that for us, too!! Definitely above and beyond the requirement

Very convenient and nice, clean property. Rooms very adequate for a nice night's sleep. Staff very friendly. Rooms very comfortable and roomy, nice bed and TV. Liked the fact a shower cap was provided along with a nice Keurig type coffee maker along with complimentary water.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. while trying to book a room 3 months out, I accidentally booked the room for that day. I tried calling the hotel and no one answered. I contacted Best Western customer service and they couldn’t get the location to answer their phone. Then, Best Western customer service contacted and said the hotel would not refund me because I was a no show. How is them not answering the phone my fault. I tried to cancel in time but no one answered. They do NOT care about guest. They only care about money

Close to town, but close to freeway (noise). Nice and professional employees!! They were lovely. Rooms were clean, just old and very loud! Disappointed that they started working in room above us and it was SO loud. Hot tub not open until 9.

Had a room with 2 Queen beds; (would have preferred a King). Very roomy and quiet. Comfortable with plenty of towels and a "shower cap"! That seems to be something most places, even "higher dollar accommodations" won't provide without requesting same. ||Property well maintained; rooms very clean; housekeeping was excellent! Bonus was the vouchers provided by hotel for breakfast at Margie's Diner next door! Worked well for us; didn't have to drive around in search of a decent restaurant! Also they provided a "grab and go" option for those persons wanting just a quick bite.||Nice location; close to downtown Paso with restaurants; wine tasting and some shopping. Probably a great place to stay when the county fair is going.||Overall a very pleasant experience,

Perfectly located, I love this hotel! There are restaurants, coffee, and gas station within walking distance. We have stayed here every thansgiving for years and every time has been consistently wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room amentities are nice and the room is clean, beds comfortable. I feel safe here which is important to me.
