What a fantastic stay at The Lofts at the Market in Paso Robles! The room was absolutely spotless, and the location was truly perfect for exploring the area. We received wonderful service throughout our visit, and the host was incredibly accommodating, even providing a thoughtful room upgrade. Being able to easily reach them via text made everything so convenient. We'll definitely be back!

Stayed at The Lofts for the first time for a wine pickup weekend, and it did not disappoint. Great location—walkable to downtown and great food/coffee options in the Market below The Lofts. The best part was the room itself (Tulip Tree) and the guest service. The room is spacious, clean, comfy bed, nice modern decor with a small kitchen area. The comp bottle of Austin Hope Cab is a nice touch. ||But the customer service from Emily and Jill was top notch. Though all through text (which is perfect for me), they reached out daily asking if we needed anything and if we wanted our room serviced. They even allowed us to pick a time window for the room service. ||We’ll definitely return to The Lofts EVERY time we come back to Paso!

The room was well appointed, comfy bed and so clean, felt like we were the first guests to stay! The team was there for questions and they were so sweet. The location is perfect, just a short walk to downtown and great food options on the first floor. ||I would stay here again and again!

We had a great stay at the Lofts, well-appointed with lots of room and great comfort. My wife liked that we could just unpack and take day trips from here with having a great place to come back to each evening. I also liked that they would text me each morning to see if we needed anything or wanted the room serviced. Location was great as well, especially having the market right below us.

We were 4 couples on a recent trip to Paso Robles. We booked a room each at The Loft and that worked out really well. The rooms are lovely and well appointed. There’s a microwave, coffee maker, fridge, wine glasses, kitchen sink, which was very conve. One of us had a sitting area as well so we were able to gather there as we pleased. It was also very convenient to have the cafes and food places downstairs for breakfast and coffee. The Loft is walking distance to downtown restaurants so we were able to walk easily to restaurants for dinner which was lovely.

I just spent two days and one night at Paso Market Walk. The lofts were so well designed, comfortable, very spacious and had everything I needed. The ambiance was so peaceful and lovely and the food was absolutely spectacular. I was there for a girls trip but it is also perfect for a family getaway!

Room was as advertised: modern, spacious and comfortable. Check in was friendly and efficient — all done by text. Not super-central, but only a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to “downtown”. Overall, highly recommended.

If I was rating this property on the room alone, it would get a 4 or 5. But I am downgrading it due to very poor customer service. After my stay, a sent an email to the contact person with a couple of suggestions. She acknowledged receiving it, but did not comment on the issues. I then emailed her again to follow up, and she then immediately called me and accused me of...wait for it...harassment! That's quite a loose definition of harassment to say the least. Needless to say, I will not be back, as I choose to only do business with those who treat their customers well and use language appropriate for the situation...what a concept!
