The place was clean and quiet. Staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was really good and plentiful. Rooms were adequate and beds comfy. Getting in the HOT jacuzzi after riding a motorcycle for 2 days was amazing and unexpected. Most places don't have jacuzzis anymore but this one was lovely and needed!! Heated pool also but I only needed the jacuzzi. WiFi was available and easy to connect. Only reason I didn't declare this an excellent stay...no towels at the pool. If you get in one of the pools (kinda pissed me off actually) lol, you'll have to go all the way to the front desk for towels because they don't keep them at the pool. Kinda strange but it is what it is. All in all, a good stay. Will use again, just for that jacuzzi....hot and lovely!

Our family passed by Paso Robles for a short trip. We visited a tasting room in the downtown area. This hotel is convenient located close to downtown, restaurants, freeway. The staff are all friendly. The bathroom amenities (shampoo, bath soap etc) are nicer than a lot of places. It was a great value for our money.

I’ve stayed at this hotel, many nights over the past several years. I usually stay there when I vacation in Paso Robles, which I do once or twice every summer. I’ve always been satisfied, but this trip did not work out so well. The first room that I was put in was not made up. The bed was tossed and there were towels on the floor. I know mistakes happen. I went back down to the front desk The kind person at the front desk had a very hard time, figuring out how to make the computer work to get me a new room. He was able to find me a new room, but not make me a key. So we had to walk me up to the room, unlock it with a physical key, and then tell me that when I got back to the hotel after dinner, he would have a card for me. By the time I got back from dinner, he was still not able to make a key, and furthermore discovered that the air conditioning in that room did not work. So he put me in a third room. And that one the toilet was broken. He put me in a fourth room, which also had some issues but at this point, I decided that I needed to sleep more than I needed a perfect room. He tried to help, but the hotel is just not What it used to be, as it was in my previous visits. It’s also in a slightly shady area of a town, when we drove away to get to the highway, it turns out there’s a homeless camp about a block away. It’s not the Hotel‘s fault, but worth mentioning.

We arrived into town early in the day and stopped by the hotel first, just to locate it and use the restroom, however, Nigel, the amazing gentleman at the front desk immediately checked and let us check-in early!! During that initial conversation, he asked what we were in town for and I told him it was my wife's birthday so he gifted us a nice bottle of Rose'. He, also, provided some fantastic recommendations for wineries and restaurants in the area. It was a wonderful way to start our short trip! The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is great to visit downtown and Sensario! The breakfast, that is complimentary with your stay, was yummy. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Outstanding service with a good value for the money. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

The only negative for me are the shower heads. You are not able to adjust the route if water flow on them. The water is extremely high pressure and hurts.

This is our second year at the Oaks Hotel and again exceeded our expectations as the first year did! The facility is warm, comfortable and very clean. The little touches like comfy bathrobes and slippers for an hotel at this reasonable price point is unexpected & appreciated The staff is unparalleled, warm, friendly & fun. They make us feel like it’s a family visit! Don’t miss the freshly baked delicious chocolate chip cookies. Breakfast is included nice!! This is our go to place in Paso Robles!!

Great little quiet place. Rooms were a bit dated but plenty of extra amenities like robes and snacks. Only downside was the hairball left in the shower. Staff was extremely helpful. No USB outlets in the room. Nearby to a Carl's Junior and a grocery store

The staff at the front counter was great! He is super chill! And Amanda at the bar is one to visit. She was nice and really friendly. We did ask for cleaning but that did not occur. Overall a good visit! The location is a little off of downtown but a $10 uber ride will do.
