We stayed at the CaliPaso Nebbiolo Villa for 2 nights in February. It was a beautiful place! The grounds made us feel like we were in Tuscany. The room was huge and had a balcony overlooking the winery. The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. They had different freshly made items and plenty to choose from both food and drink wise. The complimentary wine tasting downtown was a perfect start to our stay. It is a quick 6 minute drive to the downtown area and not far from the wineries we visited.

Stayed there a night to scope out the place as a potential location for our granddaughter’s wedding. Looked promising, but the place is unorganized and was not friendly to us. Had issues and the lobby was not occupied during the published hours and calls to the number went unanswered. Asked for decaf coffee at breakfast and you would have thought I asked for the moon. The place only has a few suites. Ours was nice, but our encounters with the staff were such that we will not return.

STUNNING! I'm a wedding photographer and was finally able to check out this gorgeous venue and I was blown away! I LOVED the aesthetics and the architecture, and not only that, but the venue also has enough space to accommodate 22+ guests for the entire weekend (so convenient!) The event liaison, Ruth, was SO sweet and welcoming and just all around friendly. I can't wait to go back and highly recommend checking them out 🙂

What a fantastic find.. we stayed at the Grappa room and it was very spacious and the view from the balcony is amazing.. breakfast at the bistro is great.. timing of the bistro is 8-10am.. lots of good food options. We got a complimentary wine tasting which is at downtown Paso Robles

We held our wedding at CaliPaso earlier this month, and every moment from arriving on site the night before to leaving the morning after was absolutely fantastic. Every single staff member was friendly, warm, welcoming, and so helpful. The food was off the scale amazing, both for the on-site breakfasts and for our wedding meal. The rooms are stunning, and the winemakers residence was the perfect space for my bridesmaids and me to get ready together. The venue is beautiful and so well-kept; I cannot recommend it highly enough!

CaliPaso is the home-away-from-home. Warm and friendly staff. Generous and cozy spaces with superb amenities. Truly a tasteful place to relax. It is also dog-friendly! Our only complaint is breakfast. We encountered a moldy and buggy situation. First mold was in the berries, which is whatever because berries are easy to catch those things. Then, more mold greeted us in the oatmeals 🙁 By then, we were too cautious to eat anything and proceed to closely examine our food thats when we found a small bug on the plate. We brought the mold and bug to kitchen staff’s attention, lady was super nice and offered another oatmeal lol but I didn’t wanna risk it. Anyway, putting it here to tip any off-season travelers to check your food before taking deliberate bites. And hope management was alerted and could refresh staff on food storage safety. Other than breakfast, all enjoyable and peaceful stay.

A friend and I stayed here while passing through Pao Robles and it was such a great experience. The property and rooms were beautiful. All of the staff we met were incredibly kind. The breakfast was fresh, thoughtful, and delicious. You are not walking distance to anything so expect a tranquil quiet space. We are glad we booked this over the Allegreto!

With lodging onsite your family and friends can stay on property. Everything you need is there to host a wedding and the in house chef and staff will serve you a first class event. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure every wedding receives first class service.
