FRANKIE was the perfect venue for our NYE wedding. It checked so many of our boxes - cool warehouse vibe, allowed us to stay past midnight, had a spacious upstairs room that we could use as a bridal suite (and for photos since it rained all day and all night), they provided all of the furniture, and allowed us to bring in our own catering and bar staff. Not to mention - AMPLE, safe parking in DTLA, and they allowed us to bring our dogs!! Matthew, the owner, was super chill and accommodating and honestly, it was such an easy experience from beginning to end. Thanks to the FRANKIE team for creating such a one-of-a-kind space!

Got to come here while tabling for LA zine fest, this place was awesome, and I loved that they offered air conditioning/industrial fan. The only issue that arose, was once the room was filled with a lot of people you could no longer feel the air and it got extremely hot. Loved the all-gender, restroom access and open sink, that was really refreshing!

Best party or event rental place in Los Angeles I mean the place is clean there's plenty of parking and the best thing of all is that it's equipped with everything there's plenty of lighting if you want to see like doing event or you're able to set it up however you want and the staff is great so this is the best place where we had half Church in a long time so I extremely recommend this place for whatever event that you're doing this is the best place for it it's worth every single penny and it's affordable

FRANKIE is so full of charm and character. It's so bright with so much natural light coming in! It has such a cool industrial feeling to it but its so warm and inviting. I fell in love with the space as soon as I entered. The owners are also so easy and great to work with. There's also a lot of parking which is rare in downtown LA. I highly recommend renting this space for your event!!

Open concept, great location, and the best hosts. The venue can be turned into any space you'd like - for our wedding, the contrast of the industrial warehouse with modern designs and arrangements were executed to perfection. There's plenty of space for the caterers, a lounge area, a bar, and a dance floor. There's an upstairs area that has amazing lighting, and provides an area for the bride or groom to get ready before the event - FYI, it does get hot up there. Valet parking is provided outside, along with security. We used furniture rental from Yeah! rentals, which provides tons of options, and they are conveniently located right across the street. They can also provide DJ services through The Flash Dance DJs, and they kept a high energy through the night with the best wedding playlist imaginable (no bias). The FRANKIE team want you to have the event of your life, and they go above and beyond to make sure you do. I would get married here again if I could (let's hope that doesn't happen), and I would encourage anyone looking to get married in LA to check out FRANKIE.

Is this a space/place to be rated? Um, ok - it was kind of visually interesting out front, and felt safe enough for changing my bike tire there on a weekday morning. Was kind of disappointed the guard out front didn't even say hello or offer to give a hand, nor a sink to wash my hands in after. 😂🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️ - UPDATE - yeesh, looks like I upset the owners who replied defensively and may not have picked up on the humor here. What can I say? Google asked if I was there and I WAS! Changing my bike tire. There is little to NO signage out front on this building. I feel like this will be a good marketing lesson though - SIGNAGE? DON'T BE SO DEFENSIVE WITH POSSIBLE FUTURE CUSTOMERS? - so I'm leaving my review here. Free of charge. Mwah!

Great venue. Attended a wedding party, the place is huge, can be decorated per hosts preference, I wasn't involved in the decorations but it seems like the owners are open to many ideas.
