Absolutely love this creative space! Ive been here twice for very different events, both times I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The Venice Jazz Fest was a blast, being outdoors and "inside" was such a treat - ample space to dance and mingle while not being in the over-crowdedness of summertime Venice. The second time I attended an eclectic, mixed-media event, different artists in every room you meandered, experiencing art in all forms - projected, installed, interactive - tasting local vendors creations, a hilariously fun disco dance floor and sufficient space to find a quiet place to converse (important!). Very welcoming to the local community - thank you! Great addition to the hood, look forward to more fun experiences here.

As a born and raised Venetian, this is one of the many iconic properties in the neighborhood you recognize from your daily commutes to all your favorite places. Well, this is one that exceeds what my wildest childhood imagination could conjure! It’s steeped in local history, and has incredible architecture. The owners are so kind and helpful I cannot say enough great things! Highly recommend this for a local event space.

Scott and Zini are the hosts with the most. I’ve had several experiences here as an attendee as well as an event host. Their crew is polite and responsive, everything is spotless, and the space is one of a kind, flexible, and absolutely gorgeous.
