I have celebrated my Mother’s birthday this past 2/10/23 at The Luxury Sapphire Banquet Hall, Thank you for making our events so special. You food is great, the place is very spacious and have a great lighting. Ownership , management and staff are nothing short of amazing! Their service is above and beyond of what is expected. We booked this hall last minute to celebrate my parents wedding in May 2024. The space is very spacious and clean, even the bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience, definitely recommended! (They speak Spanish as well)

We love spacious banquets like this! We were supposed to do an indoor inflatable photo booth but was just able to do our standard "SuperStarPix open air photo booth service" for Sapphire Banquet hall and our client but we had no issues. Guests were able to enjoy our photography and our client was also happy. Spacious and especially great lighting!

Had a great experience renting this Banquet hall out for my sister’s Quinceñera. The hall is spacious and clean the decor looked great! The staff was very helpful, respectful and attentive. Had my sisters sweet sixteen here and the party was success but not thanks to the employees who worked event. The security came into the kitchen being super rude asking for food 5 times through the night. Didn't get our deposit back. They told us because we stayed pass 12 and had too many guest. The security told our live band to stop at 11:30 and everyone started to head out. Then we stayed and cleaned so we would get our deposit back. The next day they called us telling us we won't be getting our deposit back. We needed an extra table for a photo booth we hired and candy bar but each table would be 75$ extra. They promised us a room that the court of honor would be able to have access to for storing personal items and changing but at the day of the event it was unavailable. If you do decide to rent this hall make sure it's not with the guy in the picture and make sure you have a clear understanding of what need to be done to receive your deposit back.

I had my wedding here in 2016 and I still can’t believe how bad my wedding turned out. It was supposed to be the best day of life but the girl that is in charge decided to make it the worst. We would suppose to have the kitchen area to warm up the food but when we got there they did not let us so we serve the food cold. They were also charging the entire deposit for a little scrash on the wall that was made because they told us to put back the tables and chairs on the walls and then they made us switch them to another place.They did not even help us with that. We had to clean after the party and pick up everything.

The hall is beautiful and the staff is great! I had my daughter's quinceañera here last month and everything went as planned! It is very spacious and neat. The Luxury Sapphire Banquet Hall was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter's special day!
