I truly wonderful place stay. Although the hotel has wonderful facilities, it is the staff that makes the place so special. In particular Ahmed, the manager, Sophie in guest relations and Michael who does a great job keeping all the cars moving at the entrance. Thanks everyone.

The beds are super comfortable, including for side sleepers, which is what is to be expected of Four Seasons mattresses. I had to leave a nearby hotel (Hotel Bel-Aire) due to hard mattresses, so the Four Seasons delivered here! The gym is spacious and has good equipment. The spa has been recently renovated, so it is very nice, albeit somewhat small. I will post some pictures of the gym, as this is not well shown in other posts. The food at restaurant is very good (although certainly not even close to Michelin star quality). Overall, this is a reliable 5-star property, which is very good for business travel.

My wife and I, along with her daughter, son-in-law, grandchildren and a few friends were here for 5 days. We loved it. The breakfast was good and the dinner with all of us, was excellent. The service by every staff member was the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely return. The only negative was their elevators - they were pitifully slow!

The property definitely has elegance. I had been there 10 years ago and everything looks about the same . The thing that really stands out is the service. The staff was wonderful and always friendly, helpful and informative throughout our stay. ||The rooms are nothing special unfortunately. The general upkeep of the rooms looks to be taking a toll over the years. The shower door rubbed on the adjacent piece of glass and the tile work had many layers of repairs that were noticeable. Perhaps time for a renovation of the bathrooms (or at least the room we had. ||We loved the Juliet balcony’s. Had room service 2 nights. They were very prompt and food arrived hot and delicious. Wish the late night limited menu had a few more options. ||Overall had a wonderful stay.

Would never stay here again. Very bad experience for my husband and I. Our room wa so run down old and dingy and very neglected. Very ugly smell of old and abandoned. Toilet barely flushed. The shower leaked all night. The ceiling looked like it was coming down and with water spots. Windows had screws drilled so wouldn’t open. Horrible to pay so much money for a dump!!!!!

We love staying at this hotel while in Los Angeles. From the warm welcome by the door staff to the lovely greeting by Erin, the new manager and the overall graciousness of the staff, it’s makes this hotel our go-to place. There are many great hotel options in LA but the warmth and comfortableness of this Four Seasons sets it apart.

I wish we would come down to earth here 🌎🍃. Not that I was disappointed with my stay back in 2016, but I wasn’t blown over the roof 🌬️ The staff is too unauthentic. I DID appreciate how kind they were, but it wasn’t genuine. Maybe it’s in the culture for this hotel group. Yes - make your guests completely satisfied. No - don’t use false voices/tones to them. Maybe it’s the LA culture to do that. Idk, I’ve only been twice. But it was a definitive turn off for me both times. Hate me if you wish 🧞🧞‍♀️ but someone’s gotta be honest 💸 Can we be real—aka, AUTHENTIC ? Okay, here it goes. Let me clear my throat when I say this “ahemm.” —> do I have your attention now? My span was 13 months, but I’m keeping it real like apples in fall. Let that Fall where it may. If that’s too cryptic (and you know what I’m saying). I was there on behalf of someone who is no longer in my life. On behalf of a 4-part musical group. I didn’t visit the spa. I did see the pool but no dippy-dip. So can’t give an honest review nor rating there. I know very minuscule amounts about LA. All I know is I walked to Robertson, spent more than I bargained for, and returned some of it on demand. I WILL say.. the guy that helped me. The employee on staff that day. Was very lovely to chat with & he did help me find my way to spend $600 I didn’t have then 😂 however, it was unreal. It wasn’t love. It was the opposite —❌. Yes, fake. And, it was because I was there. Who I was there with. Not because my stay, me, was important to him/them. So, begging you 🦴Actually na. Merely suggesting: treat others/guests as actual human beings. Because, aren’t we all? 😉

This is the most overhyped hotel in all of Los Angeles! Old and out dated. Don’t waste your money here. The valet is super aggressive and rude too. Salvador in valet started pounding my car window with his fist to get my attention. This place is an absolute joke. Stay at the Waldorf, Beverly Hills Hotel, L’Ermitage, or any of the many hotel right in the area. This hotel isn’t even in Beverly Hills!! lol West Hollywood zip code.
