place was clean and the area appeared safe. good amount of parking, well lit. room was clean, smelled a bit anticipation but better than the alternative. laminant flooring. could have used a table but it had a desk. check in was easy but unfortunately my online pre check in didn't go through and had to do it all at the front desk. aside from that all good.

The morning manager of Indian origin was very friendly. Honestly, he made me leave with a smile in Eureka. The night manager didn't seem to be at the same level. ||||The bed was very comfortable, and overall everything was clean and tidy. I really liked it. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip to Eureka.

Clean and good. Eureka brilliant but a lot of homeless on route to town from hotel. Comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Right on route 101.lots to do in area with nice restaurants in centre of town. Not a long walk. Would stay again.

For the price and for being a brand of hotels that aren’t labeled as “fancy”, the room was very clean! The bathroom was very clean, they provided easily accessible shampoo/body wash in the shower area. Overall the area is quiet but about one steer down there is a lot of homeless, it didn’t impact our stay but when outside you will hear them or see them. The parking lot is gated, the hotel overall felt very safe. The attendant at the front desk was very nice. Overall it was a great stay! & bonus is that it has a food truck that pulls up at night which is convenient and also a grocery store right across the street which we loved. I would stay here again.

I stayed for 3 nights late Dec2024-Jan 2, 2025. The beds are clean and comfy. I even checked w my black light and it passed. The shower was excellent. Call me weird but I'm a clean freak and I love a strong showerhead. I've stayed in other hotels where the shower was very weak where you feel like you didn't get washed off completely. The owner/mngr at the front desk was super polite and kind. There's even a grocery store across the street if you want some food/snacks and drinks if you don't feel like driving. I also love all food and coffee businesses within a 4 mile drive. There are 2 Dutch Bros coffees, an IHOP, Thai food, American food, Burger King and McDonalds all within driving distance. Heck there's even an In n Out down 101S from the hotel.

Daytime manager was thoughtful, proficient, seems to see everyone as individuals. Clean room. Good mat in front of door. Door handle allows for the do-not-disturb hang tag to stay put. In-room coffee. Adequate quantity and location of outlets; no USB ports. Good microwave. Reliable wifi. Shower has strong water pressure and plenty of heat. Heater/AC unit unfamiliar to me; no instructions for use evident, and operation not intuitive, manager assisted. Ample surface space in bathroom for toiletries. No guest laundry on property and local laundromat prices are exorbitant. Coffee and tea in lobby; no breakfasts. Grocers nearby: one pricey and one economical.

It was terrible! I asked a week ahead for a downstairs room, and didn't get it. And the parking lot had 10 cars or less there- they were not very full at all! The people next to us were very loud for over an hour after we checked in ( about 10 pm!). There was a pool of water in front of the stairs when we were checking out- and no mat . The maid cart was left right next to the stairs, so it was hard to get around it to go down the stairs. Then, the cart was moved, while we were still taking luggage downstairs, to right next to the front of our room, so we had to tell them to move it, because we couldn't get around it! They were there & saw us several rooms away, and didn't move it till we told them. I also called twice after checking in & no one answered- even though someone is supposed to be there until 2am or later.

Great place to book while in the city of eureka! The manager he is great,friendly and very welcoming. He goes above and beyond for anything you need and sometimes it's even without asking for anything it's just his personality and hospitality to do it.. the rooms are great and comfortable and homey.
