The facility itself is beautiful—definitely five stars—and the body scrub was top-notch. However, the front desk experience was disappointing and brings the overall rating down. The two staff members at reception were not particularly welcoming or helpful.

My friends were visiting for the first time, and instead of offering a warm greeting or basic instructions, the staff simply handed them towels and keys and pointed to the door. There was no explanation of what to expect inside or any mention of important protocols, like the need to shower before entering the hot tub. Had I not been there to guide them, they would have been completely lost.

Clear, friendly communication at check-in would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Wow, such an amazing evening spent here. It was hardly crowded. We got the silky scrub plus and had plenty of time to soak and steam prior. Everything’s clean and tidy. I have been to one other Korean spa, Pearl in SF. It’s a bit nicer there, they have lots of products and it’s bigger. But they are always fully booked and it seems you can actually get in here. Less fancy but gets the job done and you’ll be incredibly relaxed.

If you’re expecting a gentle message don’t come here. The spa is geared towards a Korean culture, so respect it. This spa could be different from what you’re used to.

My experience here was fantastic. I opted for a deep tissue massage. My massage therapist knew immediately that my muscles were tight. She really tailored her pressure points to my needs. After the massage was finished, I felt great, more flexible than I did before I came in. Overall, it was a great experience.

Side note, if you’re not used to grown men walking around the men’s locker room completely naked, don’t come here.

The spa facilities are great, clean, the products used smell great and never bother my sensitive skin. The staff are professional, courteous and kind. The skin scrub is fantastic and my skin feels great for 3-4 weeks after. I love the salt room and saunas. Can’t wait to come back

Love the amenity options especially the salt room. I love my scrubs every time. Just wish masks were offered w/ the silky scrub +. Also, I wish I could see who my last masseuses were because although ALL are wonderful some do edge others sometimes. All the staff are wonderful! Highly recommended. TY!!!

Fantastic staff and beautiful facilities. Caroline was extraordinary in her helping me through the booking process, and the massage therapist was excellent as well. Looking forward to planning a girls trip in the upcoming months. Thanks again!

My friend and I went and got this treatment:
The body wrap option with this treatment is CocoMango, which will leave your skin feeling protected and hydrated. Korean Body Scrub + Collagen Face Masque + Organic Coconut oil full body massage + CocoMango body wrap. This was amazing!! We will be back. My skin is like butter

This place is far from a Korean spa. I elected for the Korean lavender mint scrub and they opt to REUSE the scrub mittens from previous clients. When asked they pretended they didn't understand. I myself am Chinese and understood what they were saying. The Chinese ladies also used Irish Spring Soap in the scrub to smooth out your scrub which is the reason they prefer to cover your eyes with a towel so you don't see the used bar soap they used on you.

It was far from relaxing nor the real Korean scrub experience. I have already reported the unsanitary practices to the health department. I wasted $140 for a scrub experience I didn't receive as advertised.

They used cheap scented lotion for your wrap. The thin foil is removed rapidly once time is over with no consideration of the coldness in the room. No warm towel to cover you nothing. The entire time while being wrapped you can go hear their breathing over your head and feel them standing waiting for time to pass to wash and remove the foil.

Even though it wasn't busy with one other client in the big hall way they still put you next to them divided by a small wall and you can hear everything they are doing.

The spa is the only thing that would be worth it but not the services they provide. If you like REUSED mittens for scrubs and Irish Spring bar soap then this is the place for you. I would never recommend such a scamming place like this.
