My mother and I stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of our trip through california. Front desk staff were polite, helpful and timely. They have on site parking, but keep in mind there are limited spots. We arrived on a monday right at check in and there were plenty available. Secure and clean premises. We felt completely safe. The room was very nice and clean. Everything in working order, including coffee maker. Ours was room 207, overlooking the street. It does get very noisey, but we preffered that, and drowned out most of it with the A/C unit. Its only a short jog to tons of restaurants, the trolley path, and the piers. I highly emjoyed and recommend their 3rd floor patio area overlooking the city and view of the golden gate bridge. Thank you for a great experience!

Great location, walking distance to the infamous 'switchback' section of the street (if you don't mind a hill or 2) and easily scooter to Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf, the Pier, Palace of the Fine Arts, even the Golden Gate Bridge. It had free parking, and they let us keep our car there for hours before and after check-in. They were even able to check us in at 1:30pm since we arrived to town early.
That being said, the room itself was pretty basic. We liked the mini fridge and sitting area, and the fact that the windows opened, but the bathroom was really small and the bed was super firm. It's good for the price, and I'd definitely stay here again.

The room is adequate, with everything you need, but our room's heater made very loud noises that woke us up at night. The glass on the windows seemed to be single pane as we could hear all the traffic on the street below and often questioned if the windows were open. The front desk staff was helpful with questions about the bus system and nearby eateries. There are two parking lots underneath the hotel. There is a small patio on the third floor next to a small sitting area. Ice was available on our floor.

Staff was super pleasant and helpful. Location was really nice, close to some touristy things but still away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Super affordable and the quality was not sacrificed. There are so many restaurants nearby and a bus stop literally right outside the hotel.

Stay was fine until we never received our deposit of $100 back. the charge never showed on on our account and the check in staff never told us when we’d be receiving it back, when we called when we returned home we were informed it would take a max of 10 days to get back into our account, but nothing has come back. I’m completely disappointed with how we were tasked to on the phone and how our money was “dropped off” after they hold it? Very disappointed and I can’t even dispute it with my bank since there’s no charge.

Older building, but fairly well maintained. Only complaint is that the mattress in my room was rock hard. Also, be warned, “free” parking is really limited. No frills, but did the job, and it’s close to the waterfront.

Power was out for most of the night, front desk was rude when asked any questions about. Schedule outages should be informed to the guest when they are checking in! Def wont be coming back

Staff here were all amazing. Polite and efficient. Rooms were clean and location was awesome! We will absolutely be staying here again for our next San Francisco trip!!
