Overall I was disappointed. I booked a hydrafacial and got there early to enjoy the amenities. The locker room, hot tub and relaxation room were lovely (initially). I went in for my hydrafacial and kept waiting for her to use the hydrafacial machine but it never came. I thought I had made a mistake in my booking so I went to the front desk. The girl confirmed that I had booked the hydrafacial and I told her the hydrafacial machine was never used and that it was just a normal facial. She apologized and gave me a discount, which only ended up being $30 on a $200 facial. I went back to the relaxation room around 1 to finish my book and it was a mess. They were out of many snacks and hot water for tea, messy blankets everywhere and there was trash on the floor. Not what I expected from a 4.5 star spa. Maybe I caught them on an odd day but overall disappointed. I sent my grievances through their website feedback but never had follow up.

Terrible customer service. I was charged full price for a cancelled massage and told that because the spa receptionist didn’t understand that I cancelled my appointment on the phone, it was my fault and the charge could not be refunded. Will not be returning.

Visited during the summer months, and the views were spectacular. The rooms were pretty good - not a 5 star but not a 3 star. Over night self parking cost $25, and is 5+ min walk depending on where you got a spot. Not sure what the valet cost... that might be the better option 🤷.

Unfortunately I had high hopes for the spa @ Everline. I booked a massage upon arrival, for 2 days later. The font desk person didn’t give me any information about my appointment or the amenities available, no info whatsoever.
I was so excited for my massage after my very first time skiing the previous day. I arrived at the spa 30 minutes prior to my appointment time and they weren’t even open. I had to call the front desk to get information about why they weren’t open yet. Usually you show up early to a treatment to use the facilities. I was only allowed in 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. I felt totally rushed and didn’t get to experience the amenities.
There was no water set out, the steam room and sauna were not on - even when I got out of the massage 50 minutes later.
Long story short, they weren’t open on time and because I had no information prior to my appointment I was unable to use the amenities, it was a really disappointing experience and I expected to be wowed based on the price point. The massages are all 10 minutes short of what the industry standard is. So you get 50 min instead of 60 or 80 instead of the usual 90min.
Sadly I won’t be going back, and definitely don’t recommend it, especially if you’re in the industry. Don’t waste your money. Ah, i forgot to mention they add on a ā€œservice feeā€ of 23% as a gratuity. You have no choice on tip amount, which they actually over charged for me for. A 50 minute massage cost over $300. Just not worth it.

For the price, I do not recommend it. I booked an 80 minute deep tissue massage and specifically communicated with the therapist that I wanted him to focus on a very tight area in my lower back and upper shoulders - no need to do arms and legs, etc. and that I preferred very strong pressure, even using his elbows. I showed him where I was tight in my lower back and told him he would have to come at it from the side as it is a deeper muscle group that cannot be felt from the top. He ended up doing what I would call a Swedish massage and barely any deep tissue - really no pressure points at all. I asked him again if he could really work on a knot in my lower back and he said we only had 1 minute left so no he could not.

While the massage treatments here are lovely, I had a horrible experience with the scheduling staff.

My partner and I were scheduled for a 2pm couple’s massage but, the morning of our appointment, I received a phone call that we needed to be rescheduled to noon as the 2pm provider could not make it. I double checked with the individual calling that the noon appointment would still be a couple’s massage and they confirmed.

Upon our arrival however, we were told that, in fact, they only moved me and not my partner and that they could not move him to the new time slot. I am fairly certain that the front desk staff was the same individual who had called just a few hours earlier yet she made the excuse that ā€œthe system didn’t show it as a couple’s massageā€. I am not sure how that could be the case as booking a couples massage is different than booking individual massages. My partner believes that she was just not telling the truth in order to salvage our reservation.

For an over $600 price total for our two massages, this is unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. My partner was not comfortable waiting in the spa for two hours by himself and honestly, it ruined my experience too.

I expect far better at this price point and will likely not be a returning customer going forwards even though the masseuses and the treatments they provide are lovely. It’s just not worth it if my reservation is going to be botched like this. I am extremely disappointed.

I had one of the best massages of my life with Nicholas. I highly recommend requesting him if you get a massage at Everline. It was exactly what I needed!

The best Spa I’ve been to in a very long time. A bit pricey but worth it. My facial with Meg was amazing. Deep tissue Massages by Sarah and Jessie were awesome. Be sure to use the gym, sauna and steam room beforehand. Highly recommend. Phenomenal services.
