I ordered the cinnamon twists and what I received was a joke. It was obvious by the taste of just one that they hadn’t changed the fryer oil. Normally I love Taco Bell but this is just lazy and unhealthy. I would not recommend even to someone I hate.

Never received food as I was told to wait in the parking lot with a screaming 11/2 yr old for well over 15 minutes. Had to leave. I’d understand if I had a large order but an easy three things was no excuse. When I called I was told I had to come in for a refund. If I was able to come in I’d have from the start . No excuse for fast food to take so damn long then never receive money back for no food given. Fix the issue with the ridiculous wait. Or fire management for terrible management skills

Putting this here because I want to save the employees working there tonight the embarrassment, but please for the love of god regularly change the oil in the fryers. I had to deal with my cinnamon twists tasting like chemicals tonight and this is only ever caused by old/unchanged oil. Please do better.

Would give it less but it won't allow me to. Just sat for 30 mins waiting on food , to get it cold , cheese stick to the boxes . Supreme tacos with no sour cream. Y'all really need to get it together . Y'all lost my business for a while . Always an issue in the brewton location. ALWAYS .

They were out of almost everything. Whenever we come here they are always out of nacho fries. If you want nachos nope they don’t have the chips for it. Want anything with potatoes nope they don’t have that either. Want a certain drink they don’t have that either. No telling what else they are out of. Had to pull around to the front because they could not wait a FEW minutes for our food to be ready like really you can not give us our food at the window.

I’d give this restaurant a negative star if could!!!! FILTHY NASTY!!!! Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been in. Food over all tables and benches. Dead flies in windows. Bathroom was DISGUSTING! Toilets were brown with you know what all over seats. TP was just laying in the stall in the dirty floor. No soap and no paper towels. I felt so nasty after we left. Oh the food was gross too!! Couldn’t do it?. My husband said the men’s restroom looked like hadn’t been cleaned in a year!!

6:48 at night and had to order my own food from a kiosk. 37.00 dollars and had to fight a giant computer to select my food. Do not like this feature.

We had a horrific customer in the lobby with us . The front young man collecting payment did such an awesome job . With emotions being rude his customer service and self control is the reason we stayed and ate . The staff members were kind . This young man is the reason your company will continue growing . I spoke with the manager and asked that his customer service was brought to management as a he is a value to your company . This is Thursday may 30th at 12:30 lunch time brewton Alabama location.
