The hotel room was really pleasant, clean, and updated. The parking lot is kinda small and a mess with mud puddles. There is no table or chair to sit in my room. Just the bed.

Gentleman at the desk was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. We were missing towels, cups for the in-room coffee maker, and no hair blow dryer. However, the bed was very comfortable and even though we were in a room facing the street it was very quiet. Would stay again. Overall average motel with great people running it.

Bummer. I paid $77 to stay here when the advertised price was $56. I didn't challenge the staff on the price when I checked in hoping for a nice room. Wrong. The room was no wider than two queen beds and only about 2.5 deeper. The room was clean, there was TV, a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. Bonus the lamps had AC outlets for my electronics.

What really upset me was there was no place to store my clothes. No hangers and no drawers. The only thing available was a folding suitcase bench. Big bummer.

Not at all what I expected based on Google reviews. Never again.

Awesome place a must do of spending time over night. Great people working there. Great rooms awesome 🚿 shower's and beds. Thanks guys for taking care of are needs in time of trouble when nobody else would. Much love The OSBORN'S.....😎😉

We pulled into town late and we were grateful to get a room in town. The room was small, shabby, and smelled weird. There were marks on the toilet seat. We were just praying that we didn't get bed bugs. When we left, we noticed the next day that there were fraudulent charges on our cards. I would definitely find another hotel in town!

Excellent service and staff. Loved staying here. Highly recommend you stay here if you are in Alturas, CA. The best rates and so clean. Love the amenities like their breakfast and coffee, etc. that only some higher priced motels provide. Full size Egyptian cotton towels are also provided for your bath/shower. A cozy, homey stay that you will surely enjoy! A+++

Very nice lady at the front desk and for $70 we got a very clean room with 2 beds and even a living room section. Everything was modern and up to date which was surprising for such a small town in the middle of nowhere. Would stay here again if we ever find ourselves out that way in the future.

Heidi at the front desk is super attentive and friendly. For an excellent price we got a very clean and newly remodeled kitchenette. Will most definitely be staying here again. Thanks for having us!
