Great lunch stop in Alturas. The burritos were massive and stuffed with lots of ingredients and flavor, and the accompanying house salsa was fresh and tasty. They sell homemade tamales on Saturdays, and they even had local honey for sale too. Highly recommend! Plus you can splurge on milkshakes at Frosty’s next door!

This is a hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. We were driving through town and we decided to stop and eat before continuing our drive to Nevada County. The restaurant is small and rustic. The service was good. We were a bit concerned when we saw one employee use their bare hands to serve the rice rather than a spoon, but the food was good and it was busy. The servers checked on us to make sure we were doing good.

I ordered 4 different burritos from here. These burritos didn't come close in taste toTurlock taco trucks.. Also a negative to this place is that when you order a specific burrito they over charge you. The lady was nice they just need better customer service.

1 of the Top Mexican Food spots in Nor Cal..I am a traveling repair tech...from L.A. to Oregon...and this place tops them all. The price is awesome...and the food better. The place is a hole in the wall...but the food rocks!!!!
