We ended up changing our King to two Queens since the location of T.V. in the King could only be viewed from the bed, or you have to sit cockeyed from the sofa. There is only one T.V. in the King, yet two in the Queen. The room was clean, and the shower was nice. We feel the towels were like Motel5 and the tissues very rough. It was a quiet room with a nice view of Thumb Butte.

Disappointed in the room. Bathroom has no lotions ,just one bar of hand soap.(There Is shampoo and conditioner in the shower, but my skin is so parched and usually at hotels at this price range there is some lotion, even some Q-tips and hair cap. This hotel has nothing but one bar of soap on the counter.) We have the large suite that supposedly has a desk that I was going to need while my husband was working for the day. But it is a desk chair, pushed up against a very high table. If I sit in the chair, the table comes up to my shoulders. There is no other table in the room to sit and do work, so I’m awkwardly trying to do it on the bed. It is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The curtains are dark, heavy and out of date. With a view of the parking lot and windows from nearby homes, it would be nice if there was something sheer I could pull down to let the light in, but still have some privacy. But the sheer curtains are very dark and unattractive.

We love this hotel. It is beautiful and right downtown. The rooms are wonderful and clean and we LOVE the breakfast. Lori checked us in and was so helpful and kind! She showed us around, gave dinner and drinks recommendations and made us feel so comfortable. Thanks Lori! You’re the best!

Just checked in and the hotel roof is being replaced with no notice given, which is super disappointing. A heads up prior should have been given the guests.

Work is super loud, and 3rd floor insane. Even with the holiday weekend, front desk says roofers will be working tomorrow as well, s guests be forewarned.

The location was great and within walking distance to restaurants and whiskey row in which we took advantage of. Hotel was a little older than some , but was comfortable. The staff were very nice and breakfast had enough choices to satisfy us.

We were incredibly grateful for the amazing service during the recent snowstorm. Despite the chaos, Amy at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure everyone was accommodated. She was able to find us a room when availability was tight and handled everything like a true professional. Her kindness, patience, and dedication made a stressful situation so much easier. A relatively new hotel, situated a few minutes walk from downtown. Reception staff were brisk, efficient and lacked warmth. The room was a decent size, although long and narrow. The bed and bedding wasn’t very comfortable. Don’t get a room with an adjoining door….we did and suffered with a loud family next door, one night.. Breakfast was good, and held in the attractive lobby.. Parking is $7 a night, which is a bit mean spirited |All things considered a good hotel
