Nice hotel and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is close enough to the downtown restaurants and night life to be convenient but not close enough to hear all the noise when it’s time to sleep. There is a pool and ample parking. The restaurant located here is very good and reasonably priced. I usually stay at the Hampton Inn but it is further away from downtown. I will most likely stay here for future visits.

We had a fantastic stay at this Hilton in Prescott! The hotel is conveniently located near everything, making it easy to explore the area. The property is very clean and updated, with a stylish restaurant and lounge area. The restaurant offers outdoor seating, which is a great spot to relax and watch the sunset. There’s also a small market in the lobby, which was a nice touch for quick snacks and essentials.

One of the highlights of our stay was the personalized welcome—seeing our names on the screen and receiving a handwritten note truly made us feel special! Our room was spacious and well-designed, featuring a long table that was perfect for working.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Shawn, who checked us in, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Kaylee, Ashley, and Adriana were all kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this Hilton to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service. We felt truly welcomed and appreciated as guests!

This was our first time visiting Prescott and staying in this hotel. It was absolutely perfect! We loved everything about the hotel! First of all, it’s absolutely beautiful. The staff went out of their way to treat us like valued Hilton Honors Diamond Members. We were upgraded to a beautiful 4th floor corner room with a patio and view of Whiskey Row. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There was plenty of parking and best of all we could walk to all the fun restaurants, saloons, and stores on Whiskey Row. If we return to Prescott we would definitely stay here again!

A very nice place to stay. We had to detour during a snowstorm and ended up in Prescott. It was great to find this gem downtown. Great rooms and friendly staff. If I came back to Prescott I would stay here. This is a very clean and modern hotel. The restaurant was so good we ate all our meals here for two days.

My husband and I stayed in an accessible room with roll-in shower for 4 nights. The room was very specious with a perfect layout. It was on the second floor, facing the bridge. Very quiet, just as we've requested. The hotel is modern and clean looking. We booked a room with breakfast included. It was difficult to find information about the breakfast prior to arrival. We did not know if it's a buffet or made to order. It was all explained by the restaurant staff upon arrival. The included breakfast (extra charge) is a made to order breakfast. You can pick any item from the menu and includes coffee and juice. You provide your name and room number to your server. Taxes are included in the prepaid rate; tips are not. We tried many breakfast items and they were all delicious. Loved their oatmeal as well as yogurt parfait, if you prefer healthy options. All restaurant and hotel staff were excellent and efficient. Our second stay and we'll be back.

This hotel was our first stop on our Arizona vacation. The night staff welcomed us warmly and even called to check on our arrival time. The hotel location was great to visit downtown Prescott. I loved the setting location next to the old railway bridge. It would make a great location for a wedding. Our only disapointment with the stay was that the hot tub was not working (cleaning/maintenance?) and the coffee was not available in the lobby.

Great location within walking distance to Whiskey Row and lots of restaurants and shops. Hotel is clean and well-appointed with pleasant front desk staff. Onsite restaurant with attractive indoor/outdoor seating. Rooms are well maintained with particularly nice amenities.
