The stay was ok but in a nice location. located right next to a Denny's. Room was standard nothing amazing and the body wash dispenser did not work. They offered free breakfast which I think would have made this stay a 4 star but sadly there was no eggs and ran out of biscuits. The lady in charge was on her phone seated down when it was packed so someone could have used the table. I waited for some more eggs but she didn't do anything. So I got sausage and pastries and coffee so basically it was continental breakfast. Would have loved eggs but well didn't get any. So a big opportunity to have a great breakfast but was missed because workers on cellphone and not paying attention to food being served and there was still an hour left till breakfast was closed. Free breakfast was one of the main reasons I stayed here.

When I was planning my trip through this area, I was trying to stay in places like Flagstaff or Sedona, but the prices there were ridiculously expensive. However there were some great prices in Prescott. Green tree inn is definitely one of those places. It was a great place to stay, very convenient, and made the trip better. I was able to park my motorcycle right outside the window of my hotel, so I felt safe that way. The staff did their job well and were friendly, and the room was clean.
The other great bonus was that I found out if you jump onto 89A and head north it's an absolutely fantastic drive between Prescott and Flagstaff. I recommend it for all motorcycles traveling through here.

So im giving my review after only one night of our 3 night stay. We really like this place !! The guy at check in was fun,and nice. Come morning they sent the maintenance worker to show us tv channels and we really enjoyed him and his humor .Than went for the free yummy warm breakfast and made nice conversation with Brianna who than promptly went and got us more coffee,to for our room. Than another cleaning lady knocked and gave towels ect. Wow they are friendly and bend over backwards. And the rate we got to stay here was amazing as well. Most definitely would come again !

Got a room here last minute, as my plans fell through. Check in was quick, but not the friendliest per se. Room was quaint, had tv, microwave, ac unit, and fridge, ironing board etc the essentials. The room itself looked nice as I checked in at night. Then the issues started happening.
1. TV was broke, could not get signal or watch all night and the remote was broken as well.
2. The toilet was broken, it kept running and you needed to take off lid and fix the chain and it flushed super slow.
3. Next morning I realized the bathroom was pretty dirty. The shower curtain was filthy and stained, with someone’s hair all over the shower curtain and on floor and stains what could have been mold on curtain and around shower.

I could live with a broken tv, even though it be nice to have been able to watch while staying there. But the bathroom was gross and nasty. And they have a ton of cleaning staff there which is the strange part. Maybe it was just an off day but please do better.

Wouldn’t recommend, after my one night stay. But I’m sure others had better experiences.

Friendly staff both on the phone and in person. Clean, quiet, and updated rooms with basic amenities. Loved the free EV charger—super convenient for electric vehicle travelers. Great value overall, will stay again!

Recently booked a hotel here, I immediately fell in love with the mattress. Check in was easy, the front desk employee Kurt was amazing.
A few days later I called over try my luck to see if I can get any information on the mattress. Kurt went out of his way to gather as much information as he could to provide what kind of mattress it was. Would definitely book here again in the future!

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Way overpriced for what you get. Cheaply furnished and cheap soaps, coffee etc. No chair to sit in. Shower floor creaks so much you almost feel like it's going to break. Breakfast wasn't bad. Would not stay here again!

I had a great stay at the GreenTree Inn! The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained—exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities were on point, including strong Wi-Fi and a nice TV. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth.
