Room was clean only concern was the window drapes made the room smell old and closed in, also the man overnight was helpful and cool but the lady that checked me in needed a attitude adjust seems like she was in a bad mood and mad about everything. I had dinner in the lobby on eating tables and seen the face expression on her was mad and came up and said i better clean after im done. Pool area needs towels had to deal with a grumpy woman because i asked for pool towel. If you hire someone to work front desk at check in make sure they are excellent on customer service and making the customer feel welcome. 3 star

Pool was heated and clean. Room was tidy, the plumbing is older and the toilets have some issues flushing correctly. Booked a room that included a continental breakfast. Unfortunately when our group went to partake in the breakfast the next morning they had already shut it down. We were there at 8:02am. Not sure why they shut down the breakfast an hour early, no explanation was given. We could have paid less at booking had we not chosen to have the breakfast included. This was a $20 difference in booking cost. No refund was given or offered. Be aware when you book that you can't count on their posted breakfast hours. It seem they shut it down based on occupancy. Which is fine. However charging people the cost for this service and intentionally not providing it is not. The only machine available was coffee. The staff member stated "Breakfast is closed" while holding a gallon of milk. I politely asked if I could add some of the milk to my coffee and was curtly told "It's closed".

The room was very nice as in it was clean. The bed was comfortable. I was a little disturbed that the chain lock/swing lock was missing, meaning the room had been broken into before. I put a chair in front of the door as it was very loud in the hallway. The breakfast was bread, packaged donuts that never get replaced and juice. Pretty disappointed about that but it is technically breakfast. The first sign when walking in said that the spa was permanently closed. I'd stay here again if in the area. Although I would bring my own juice (they didn't have orange) and bagels.

This is a difficult review to write. The reason I say that is because the staff was so kind, but these are things I would like to know before booking a stay here.
We requested a non-smoking room with a king size bed. As soon as we entered the hallway heading to our room, while all the doors had the no smoking sign on them, it reeked of old stale cigarette smoke. Perhaps at some point smoking was allowed in these rooms and it has seeped so deep into the walls in the carpet that the smell is a permanent fixture, as our room also had a faint cigarette smell. This might not bother some people, but I’m extremely sensitive to cigarettes smoke, even the smell.
Our room had some updates, such as some furniture the and the floor, but it was not very clean. The floor was gray linoleum that looked/felt like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in weeks. The white towels were thin and crispy, not appealing at all. The updates that had been done looked cheap, quick, and messy. The mattress was dreadful. It was a lumpy spring mattress set on a squeaky metal frame with no boxspring. Needless to say it was not a good night sleep. The white sheets and pillowcases were stained, the tub was yellow, and the separate components of the currents were outdated and didn’t match. We didn’t use the microwave or the mini fridge, but both looked old and outdated. The cost of our room was about $130, a little more after taxes and what not. I feel like it was over priced, and we will not be staying there again.

Conveniently located, with clean rooms and an indoor pool and spa. Owners were super cool, made me and my daughter feel very welcome. I can't say enough about how sweet they are, and they seem to really like kids! We especially loved the older gentleman! Room was clean, beds were comfy. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the same as everyone else is saying: the pool is freezing cold! But otherwise this place is a real gem.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. A friend and I were on a road trip and decided to stay the night. Due to the convenient location we stayed four days. The rooms was clean and quiet. The owners are very friendly and gave us great advice for places to visit while we were in the area. The breakfast was very delicious with a wide range of selection. If you need a place to stay you can't beat the bang for your buck at America's Best Value Inn. Thank you very much for your friendliness and hospitality!!!

Positive: Decoration of room was nice. Negative: Very dirty. Paint overspray on several parts in the room/bathroom. Toilet was installed crooked. Brown smudged on the bathroom door that looks like poop was smeared, I hope it was wood stain instead. Lots of improvement needed here including common areas Negative: ""
