Cool little Boba place that does in-house treats. The atmosphere in the store is wonderful! I love the plants and the big mural on the wall. They offer a loyalty stamp card if you come in frequently too and they have a drive-thru. Definitely try em out

Me and my sister have been a few times already and every boba we've had so far has been incredible! They've got a huge variety of flavors so you're bound to find something you'll love. The costumer service is always incredible and they are always patient and respectful. Highly recommend you check it out if you're looking for some delicious authentic boba!

We read a review that said best boba place, so we stopped in to try Tiger Brown Sugar Milk. It was such a DISAPPOINTMENT, they use premade powder to make the drink, boba were some chewy and some hard which meant the biba’s weren’t fresh. Drink is too sweet and not fresh milk. Sorry, I’m not coming back! $7 for a drink, not worth it.

I absolutely love this place. Ever since moving to Prescott, my bf and I have been looking for an authentic boba shop that tasted like the ones back home. We always drove down to Phoenix during the weekends for boba because nothing here quite measures up. This place is one of the best boba shops plus more! They have amazing gelato, great sweet treats for so many different dietary restrictions, and tons of different drinks and treats for everyone. I can’t even rate half the menu cause I’m slowly making my way across the board. Plus it’s the cutest little shop with a greet silk greenery photo op for all the insta foodies. Not to mention, everyone there is so sweet. My bf and I are always greeted with smiles and quick service. It never feels like we’re being rushed or forgotten. The only thing that I hate is that they’re open the same hours as where I work so I have to make sure I stop in whenever I have a day off but obviously that’s nothing against the business. Love this place and can’t wait to bring all my friends and colleagues here

My experience at Hav A Cravings was disappointing to say the least. We came into town specifically to order their Tiger Brown Sugar Boba, only to be told that the tea machine was out of water and the boba machine wasn't working. We were informed that it wouldn't be up and running for another 2 hours. It’s a 40 minute drive into town.

After this inconvenience, I decided to read the replies to reviews from the business and was shocked at how disrespectful they were in their responses. It's disappointing to see a business conduct themselves in such a manner, especially in a small town where word of mouth is crucial.

Unfortunately, due to this experience and the unprofessional behavior of the business, I will not be giving my money to Hav A Cravings in the future. We support kind and generous individuals who want to make a difference in our community.

Just discovered this new, great addition to Prescott. I've had several of their boba teas (Tiger, Hokkaido, Thai, Lavender, etc.) and they're all delicious: made fresh with a great balance of flavor (not from a concentrate!) and boba texture. Look forward to trying more of their menu!

Got a maple bar and pastry as a treat for my birthday. I've been here before and they were okay. Today though the donut feels and tastes like it was made last week. Never had a donut this bad from Walmart! This will be the last time I go here.
