Enjoyed our 2 weeks stay. The resort offers many amenities and is very conveniently located to restaurants & entertainment. If you want to cook your meals, they give you a full kitchen and outdoor grills. The resort has a very nice pool with poolside bar and restaurant. There are pickleball and basketball courts, and there is also a very nice place to take a walk in the nearby park. The staff is probably the best anywhere. Anything you need, they deliver without haste. They’re exceptional.

The facility is absolutely beautiful. The staff is wonderful. During my stay, we were put into a room that was not to my liking due to the fact it was equipped for someone with a wheelchair instead of a walker. However, when I addressed my thoughts about being put into that room being that the resort was very limited unavailability. I had asked to speak with the resort management. I ended up speaking with the director of Guest services, Vangie Dittrich. |I have to admit I come from a background with Customerservice and she by far was the absolute best person they could've had in that position. Not only did she resolve the issue to my satisfaction, but she truly went above and beyond to make sure that we left the resort looking forward to coming back.

I had an issue with the TV upon check in. Maintenance arrived promptly but was unable to resolve the issue. Apparently the property has undergone upgrades and still working out glitches. Moved to upgraded/renovated room. All staff is welcoming and accommodating . Nice stay.

We arrived on Sunday before our check in time our room wasn't ready so went to have lunch when we returned a few hours later our room still wasn't ready. The front desk immediately called housekeeping and the oversight was quickly resolved. Erika who is head of housekeeping personally came by with a bottle of wine to offer her apologies. We weren't upset in the least. The great customer service carried over to the girls at the Aqua pool bar and the great water aerobic instructors (especially Janice). Housekeeping came daily and made different towel animals and designs. My boyfriend was celebrating his 70th Birthday while we were there and housekeeping signed a birthday card for him and a bottle of Makers Mark! The front desk texted daily to make sure everything was on par! We had an amazing week in Scottsdale , it truly was one of the best vacations we all had been on! We know it was mainly due to where we stayed! THANK YOU for a memorable stay!

Room was clean and staff were very attentive. Many amenities to enjoy and close to everything. Made our stay very enjoyable. Really enjoyed the activities especially the water aerobics. Both Karen and Eric were great instructors and made a great start to the day.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place after reading all the reviews. The reviews overall are true but it still offered everything I needed.
The good:
- it was clean and overall quiet although it is true you can hear when cleaning takes place and I assume when it’s busy you may hear the other guests too.
- there’s decent coffee in the lobby and you can ask for water bottles.
- check in was easy, parking is free and convenient
- the pool is quite large and beautiful and there were plenty of chairs when I was there.
- the bathroom was large and in good condition.
- the bed was comfortable enough although not a westin or fairmont bed by any means.
- The AC is powerful although it can be loud but only in a pushing out air way not in a mechanical or tingy way which I usually find irritating.
- you can watch Netflix on the TV.
- it has everything you need with a decent kitchen, coffee maker, dishwasher etc.
- great black out blinds although I still used an eye mask as you can’t possibly block out all the sun.
- you get text messages with info and they say welcome home which is just a nice and cute touch.
- the wifi is good and they have USB outlets by the bed.
-resort fee was less than many other options. Some of the others charged almost $50 USD a day.
Cons:
- my room smelled funny. Sort of dill pickle or jalapeños or something. You get used to it quickly enough but it never quite went away during my stay and it was fairly pungent.
- it’s true it’s not the most modern but I find most timeshare condo rentals this way. If you don’t need fancy and modern, you will be just fine. The price I paid was fair for what I got.
- you can hear through the walls. It wasn’t super loud during my stay so thanks to those who were quiet while staying near me but I can imagine with kids or more rowdy crowds it could be a challenge.

Our unit was very Clean and comfortable… the kitchen was well supplied with everything needed for cooking and food preparation. We required close proximity to Mayo Clinic. Just a few minute drive! Worked out beautifully . We won’t hesitate to do it again.

The hotel and staff are great. Grounds are very clean and the staff always greet you.|The room was nicely appointed with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable.|There were many amenities available but they should have had some planned events for guests. (nothing on Mother's day)
