I had such a wonderful stay here this past week!
The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating to me. The hotel itself is pretty and has a nice ambiance. Very important to me is cleanliness - the room was clean and I enjoyed the decor. Location couldn’t be better too. Can be a little noisy on Friday/Saturday nights from clubs in the area so just keep that in mind if you sleep early but that is unavoidable in this area. I liked that the hotel restaurant/lounge was more lively on the weekends in case you didn’t want to venture out. The food was great there too. Overall great service from everyone at the hotel. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Scottsdale. 😊

We had a great stay at Senna House and were really impressed with the hotel. My son loved the hotel gym and the meals we had in Cala were delicious - so good that we decided to eat there for three consecutive nights. All the staff were so friendly and MJ is just brilliant. She and Charlie were really helpful to my son and we so appreciated the kindness. We are looking to book again soon to return when my son starts college over there. Thank you for a fantastic stay and look forward to seeing you later this year.

I was greeted by Charlie upon arrival, and he was very helpful in getting me settled into a nice room for my birthday, which I truly appreciated. Initially, I was happy with the room. The was comfortable and met my expectations for the first night. However, the next day, I noticed a significant gnat infestation on the ceiling.

When I contacted the front desk to request a room change, I was told that no other rooms were available and that the only solution they could offer was to spray the area with bug repellent. Unfortunately, this did not fully resolve the issue.

While the hotel appeared somewhat clean, it didn’t meet the standard I expected, especially considering the price I paid for the stay. Overall, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled.

Such a nice hotel very clean, pool has good seating area. Lots of people there to party, since it’s right in the middle of a bunch of clubs and restaurants. Very hard to find parking once it’s get dark.valet is 40. But overall I would visit again! Charlie and Opie are great! Made us feel very welcome, gave extra blankets, and even suggested places to go. Thanks guys.

My husband and I stayed here in March 2025 for a golf trip for him. It is conveniently located to shopping, golf, gambling and the OdySea Aquarium. The lobby and the hotel are beautifully decorated with a boho theme - macrame artwork throughout. Once on our floor, the hotel smell was so beautiful. Our room was overlooking the main entrance and was super modern and comfortable. We never heard any street or bar noise at all. Cala restaurant downstairs is excellent and super convenient. The pool on the second floor was nice and refreshing. Only thing missing was a jacuzzi. We parked on the street each night to avoid the valet parking fee. Not a problem at all finding a space. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel! Well appointed in the mix in Scottsdale. Property and staff were amazing. Special thanks to Isabel for taking care of a late checkout for me and Opie helping us with our bags and checkout. If you’re a Hilton person it’s the only choice. If you enjoy well appointed rooms and a luxury modern feel, then it’s the only choice. Will definitely be back!

The front desk agent by the name of MJ was so amazing. The stay at the hotel was to celebrate my birthday. I asked for a room upgrade and they had one available and gave it to me also I was sent a gift from my children and I started to cry MJ was so amazing in that moment. She cheered me up with a great message and a birthday song. MJ and the staff that were there that weekend was totally amazing I would recommend this hotel to everyone 10/10. I will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Charlie was a great host and makes everyone feel welcomed and taken care of. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar, with nice pool area above as well. Lots to do and see within walking distance. Highly recommend. Can be a little loud on the weekends but wasn’t an issue once inside your room.
