We had a 5-star experience overall! The location is absolutely charming — the grounds are beautifully maintained with stunning mountain views, Mediterranean-inspired architecture, lush plants, flowers, and adorable arches. It’s incredibly photogenic — definitely an Instagram-worthy spot!

The spa services themselves were great, but it did feel a bit overcrowded. It was hard to find seating by the spa pool, and I wish there was better management in terms of available chairs or monitoring how long guests occupied them.

The rooms were comfortable but slightly outdated, and depending on where you’re placed, the views may not be ideal. Some areas of the property could also use a bit of maintenance. That said, the overall vibe, amenities, and aesthetic still made for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

This resort is beautiful! The spanish flair is neat as well. Great service all around and very accommodating. The views of Camelback are great and the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Very comfy rooms and was able to get a sleep with how quiet the rooms were at night. The pools are great as well with good temperatures. Staff makes this place go too. They are all very nice from the housekeeping and grounds crew, servers, pool staff, and everyone in between!

Let me start by saying I love leaving positive reviews but I can’t for this place. It was a short but disappointing experience. We arrived in the late afternoon on Saturday and checked in. We were eager to get to the pool to relax a little and have a drink…the pool area (the adult pool area) was filthy. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed. The server ignored us for an entire hour even though there was barely anyone left. He seemed very eager to get out of there. ||||When someone else finally took our order, the chips were stale and the guacamole tasted like it came out of a Costo container. When the grumpy server came to ask if we were finished so he could take the chips (which we didn’t eat anymore of because of the taste) we explained they were stale. He ignored that and moved on. There wasn’t no, “sorry about that- let me comp that for you” or “would you like something else instead?” I refuse to believe good customer service no longer exists because every place we ate at on the rest of the trip was amazing and so was the service. Omni can do better.||||The room we stayed in looked and felt outdated and dark. Not what one would expect for $600+ a night. The grounds were pretty but there wasn’t much else that would bring us back to stay at this hotel.

We had stayed here 3 years ago and wanted to come back to experience the Montelucia again. Unfortunately, a large extended stay wedding and conference were scheduled there for our entire stay and between the 2 they took up all the wonderful common areas usually available to guests.I do mean morning, noon, and night time activities. Common areas were not kept very clean and orderly when available.|| Our room was lovely and we had a wonderful view of Camelback Mt. Our pool experience was wonderful. Excellent service, food and beverages. Staff is very attentive. We used the Joya Spa but it was over crowded in the lounge and at the pool. We did get chairs but we had early treatments. Had we arrived lated than 10:30 am no chairs were left for new arrivals. Staff at Joya pool were attentive and friendly. We did have a glitch with getting a different treatment than the one booked but the manager was professional and accomodating. ||It is unfortunate that there are no facilities available to shower for late flights out. They would not allow any late check outs for our date , due to another convention group coming in,so using the pool prior to leaving was not feasible. They also charged our credit card twice for the entire stay prior to check out thus beginning a fraud alert by our CC. I called the front desk and could only get "It will be refunded upon check out." No reason, no apology for having to deal with CC company. Unfortunately, CC refunds take up to 4 days and this was a substantial amount to be double charged.|| ||Ultimately, the quality of personal service expected by OMNI staff at reception was not at an acceptable level and the fact that weddings and/or conventions are their priority, we will probably choose a different resort for our next visit.

A great 5 day get-a-way to relax, enjoy the spa, pool and food. We felt spoiled from beginning to end. Everyone at the Resort and Restaurants made us feel welcome and were very attentive. We look forward to booking our next trip at an Omni Resort.

Omni had gorgeous grounds, great pool options and a few different restaurant options. The poolside service was fantastic, staff were attentive and the food was really good (we had several things off of the food menu). We also ate breakfast and dinner at the main restaurant which was delicious. One downside was that there was a business event going on and right outside of our room were event tables. Every time going to or from our room we had to walk through this outside event of display tables, people working and eating. It really took away from the relaxing grounds that we feel like we paid for. The grounds were large and we felt like there were several more spaces they could have held this event, not having it right outside the doors to the rooms.

From arrival at valet, front desk and bell service, everyone was so friendly and made the start of our experience amazing. The room was beautiful and very clean as was the resort.||Food everywhere we are was amazing, pool service was prompt and personable.||Resort is relaxing environment with multiple seating areas to gather and grab a drink with friends. ||Joya spa crushed it again, excellent service and environment.

Attended a wedding recently and though been to better destination weddings in the past, there is nothing off about this place. Rooms are great and staff all across is helpful. Though it seemed they at times struggled to handle a 175+ group coming in the same day but they had their ways to recover and recoup.
The only issue is the location. While the camelback view is great but not the most outstanding of all. Overall enjoyed the stay and good value for money
