For $45 a night with two beds in separate rooms and a kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven and stove this is a bargain for being 20 minutes away from Williams where you pay $125-$200 a night. It's an older property but has clean sheets, comfortable beds and nice towels. The pillows are kinda flat but who cares we always bring our own pillows. The owner is very nice and we are not big fans of the in room gas heater which did really worked well but because of the smell he gave us a plug in electric heater that kept our room nice and cozy while it was 20 degrees outside at night. The property looks run down on the outside but it's clean on the inside with a nice bed for a perfect sleep before coming or going to the Grand Canyon.

So, I was on business in Ash Fork and had to stay the night. I am a thrifty traveler and as long as a place is clean, that's all I need. Pulled in at the Copperstate on a windy and unusually cold day for April, I immediately liked the charm of this vintage motel. I had to call a number on the door because the office was closed, and within seconds a lady came to greet me. I asked "How much for a night," and the lady told me it would be $30. I thought to myself, "Self, $30 is a good price, just remember, you only need a place to sleep." I was assigned room 11, and the lady quickly went to the room to start the heater before I entered. As I approached, I could only wonder what lie beyond the door. As the door swung open, I was pleasantly surprised at how cozy the room was. sure it was nothing fancy, perhaps not the best decor, but remember, it was only $30 and when I say $30, that was tax included. The room had a fridge, microwave, and wifi. Most important, the room was clean and even had soap and shampoo for a shower too, so I didn't have to run out and buy any. The fact is this, this is probably the best $30 I have spent for a night of lodging, a store and restaurants are within walking distance. I will be back and highly recommend this place if you need a cheap, clean and cozy place to stay.

Totally worth the price!! Would stay again awesome experience, I felt like I was staying at my great grandparents house again. She walked us to our room and showed us to settle us in. It's a 1930s building that scared me at first but ended up being awesome. Not a lot of room for luggage bags ut was very clean with remodeled shower. No ice machine and gravel parking but like I said it's an experience and it is really beautiful if you take the time to appreciate it.

I just love this motel. The rooms are clean and cozy. You can not beat the price. Room has a good sized fridge and microwave. I love the artwork and the stone work. Been here several different times and am always happy with my stay. Nice and safe, and other than the train it is very quiet at night. I would rather here the train than the interstate. Centerly located for day trips to Sedona or many of the local sites. A great place to stay

This motel fit our needs. Clean, quiet off the beaten path. Great place the TV was ok, WIFI worked convenience store/gas station next to it. When you turned the light off the rooms were dark. The train was not bad with the door closed and the AC on. It is basic simple lodging and Ruben the manager take good care of the place and visitors. I will be back with more friends.

We stayed here on the way to the Grand Canyon. Just wanted a clean, economical place to sleep so we could get an early start to the canyon. It's old, a bit funky, looks run down, but was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was also good wifi and cable tv. For $45, which includes tax, it was a very good value, since most other motels in the area were close to $100. Would give it 3.5 stars (above average) if possible.

45 bucks for a night, great deal. Wasn't expecting much but was extremely pleasantly surprised. Room was very clean, and had a quaint feel to it. Rooms had kitchenette and very modern bathroom. Manager was extremely friendly. Overall, great place, would stay again on our say through town.

Doesn't look like much on the outside. AndAndBut building is old. A leftover from the old Route 66 days. Nothing fancy. But rooms are clean. Beds descent. Nice western mural painted on a wall. Would stay again. Well worth the $35.
