We recently stayed at the Four Seasons Scottsdale to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They deserve a solid 5-star rating for their hospitality.

We had reserved a Casita, which was clean and visually appealing. However, the comfort level of the bed left much to be desired, and the air conditioning ran loudly throughout the night with a constant buzzing sound. It was hard not to notice the room's age—while charming, it seems to be showing its 20-year-old status.

The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and relaxing. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn when we returned from swimming and opened the door to our room, only to be hit with an overwhelming sewage-like odor. It genuinely smelled as if a sewer had backed up. We decided to leave for dinner in hopes the smell would dissipate—and thankfully, it mostly did—but not entirely.

I would say this experience falls just short of what you'd expect from a true 5-star resort. While there were certainly high points, especially the exceptional staff, some of the accommodations and in-room issues didn’t quite meet luxury expectations

I surprised my wife for her 40th birthday and was absolutely blown away by this whole experience. It's somehow sits alone and they kept telling us they were at 80% capacity and I was hard-pressed to find anybody else. It's kind of like an enchanted land of wonder. Something magical and special happens with that type of isolation and solitude in the desert. My wife jokes she was going to leave me there because I was having such a magical experience.

The service obviously was top-notch the food was amazing and expensive but luckily my credit card had some special thing that gave us credit every morning. They have a private hiking trail Pinnacle peak which I highly recommend. Just beware of snakes.

I'm not kidding if you can find a way to travel to this magical place please do. I don't know the last time I experienced something like this.

I can’t say enough great things about our stay at the Four Seasons Scottsdale—it was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish! The resort itself is breathtaking, with stunning desert views, beautifully maintained grounds, and luxurious accommodations. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. From the front desk to the concierge, housekeeping, and restaurant team—everyone went above and beyond. Special thanks to the staff for their attention to detail and for making us feel so welcomed and pampered. We can't wait to come back!

It's definitely very nice, with comfortable beds, excellent sheets/towels, a walk in closet, spacious bathroom and nice seating with a TV on the veranda. There are robes for in-room use, complimentary slippers, and an umbrella in the room (yes it actually rained while we were there). The mini bar prices were a bit outrageous--$9 for a bottle of sparkling water, and $15 for a small container of gummy bears, but they did have complimentary tea and espresso. 3 nights of self parking cost roughly $92 including tax. I HATE having to pay for parking at EXPENSIVE hotels. It should be included unless it is valet parking. If a mid range hotel can provide a decent room, free breakfast, free parking, and free internet access for less than $200 a night, then 4 Seasons should be able to provide free self parking when a room costs roughly $1,000 a night and doesn't even include breakfast. Our room was a rather long way from the resort lobby and included an uphill walk in the rain. We had multiple events to attend in the main building, so this was a bit of an issue for us. We could have called for a golf cart pick up, but that's not exactly convenient or even timely when so many people are trying to do the same thing. We found the resort staff to be attentive and friendly. So if you are looking for comfort with an element of poshness and you don't mind the hefty price tag, then 4 Seasons will meet your needs.

Me and my kids come here a lot , we absolutely love this resort. They have so many activities as well as ones for kids. You can relax in your spacious rooms as well or in their spa. Tennis , bike rentals , riding horses, enjoy swimming or relaxing in the hot tub, workout in their huge gym facility...just enjoy every moment of your time spent there. The food is amazing, atmosphere and hospitality is above expectations. I highly recommend staying here ...you won't regret it 😊

Solidly mediocre. Not the Four Seasons’ best resort in its portfolio. Pools and grounds are beautiful and nice, but the rooms are not on par with other similar properties. They’re fine and that’s it, full stop. Service is top tier, which is a balance in terms of the rooms. Cuisine and restaurants too. The location is not too close to downtown Scottsdale so you’ll need to drive everywhere. In summary, solidly below average for the Four Seasons.

I had a concerning issue at this hotel, and management and security were helpful to rectify even after checkout. I was ultimately satisfied with the end result. I would stay again.

I will also mention that I needed a babysitter for an event and they were helpful connecting me with agencies to choose from.

We always have a great experience at the Four Seasons Scottsdale. On a recent trip I booked for my boss, Bryan Buenaflor, the Guest Experience Manager, went above and beyond to make everything seamless. He helped us switch room types at the very last minute and ensured an early check-in as soon as my boss arrived. Thank you, Bryan, for being so accommodating and making the stay feel extra special!
