What a great experience! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. A minor issue with AC and they upgraded us and made sure my stay was fantastic. Stephanie, Fiona and the other staff were trained to handle the situation and ensure the guest is happy and they did that. The manager allows the staff to make decisions and it shows with the amazing customer service. Breakfast, pool lunch, room service was exceptional. Pool and jacuzzi clean and relaxing, wish it was open till 12 on weekends but not a deal breaker, our fault we got stuck having dinner with family till 10:45 and got back to late for jacuzzi. We still enjoyed the patio chairs outside of the room to unwind. We always go at least once or twice a year for the past couple years but every time it gets better. Can’t wait to go back and if your reading reviews just book it you won’t regret it!

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience! The room was comfortable and updated, the bars and restaurants had a nice variety and service was wonderful. We loved the options of an adult only pool or the tower. Spa treatments were amazing and my husband enjoyed the golf course (he did gold course). So much history in this lovely resort. Whether you’re local and need a getaway or out of town like us, this resort is a wonderful place to relax.

Such a beautiful resort with vintage charm! My husband and I live in the neighborhood and walk here frequently for dinner or drinks. This time we decided to stay to celebrate the renewal of our wedding vows. We hadn't stayed here since the rooms were remodeled and they are gorgeous! The staff was nice and upgraded our room to a larger room overlooking the adult pool which was very much appreciated. They also brought us a bottle of champagne and strawberries to celebrate. The room was clean, quiet and well decorated. We were thrilled to see that the curtains closed all the way and no light came in from the sides. A rare thing when we are staying in hotels. However the only negative is some light came in from the bottom. Not a big deal. We just took the couch cushions and put them on the floor to block the light. ||||We met our kids and my parents at Red's for dinner. Our kids always love gong to Red's. It's nice to sit outside overlooking the golf course and the food is always good. We had breakfast at Red's and that was delicious as well. We have been to Litchfield's for dinner in the past and that never disappoints. The food is always fantastic there as well as when we eat out on the patio at the bar. That is our favorite place to eat or have drinks. The nachos and fried brussel sprouts are our favorite! We just love how well the landscaping is kept up here and how beautiful it is. Their workout room is also perfect. It's not huge but they pack a lot in there and have all my favorite equipment to use. There is rarely ever more than one person in there anytime we have gone which is nice. We did not use the pool this stay but our kids are frequently there with friends who have a Country Club membership and they love the water slide. ||||Overall we love having the Wigwam be part of our community and it is well loved in the neighborhood!

This place was beautiful! Very clean and the food at the bar is delicious! Came here for a conference and it was a perfect set up! There are restaurants right across the street and they were all amazing!
We were at a hot tub until closing, and some workers gave us a ride to another hot tub that was still open. Which I thought was 10/10 service.

Nice resorts with Southwest charm. This resort and area has a great history to learn about. The rooms were nice, although some needed maintenance to match some more contemporary resorts. The steakhouse restaurant on premises was outstanding. I never had a bad meal and the staff was pleasant, professional, and very helpful. Given a choice, I would return.

This was my first time coming to the Wigwam in many years. We are live here in AZ. I wanted to go to a place we were familiar with. We had read and heard the renovations were very nice. We agree. Our visit was too short . In the future we plan on staying a bit longer to enjoy all the Wigwam offers.||I,we will return and I am going recommend it to our son and his wife… and our friends…we play golf so that is something we will add to our next visit. ||I feel the Wigwam is a hidden gem. Time to get the word out…The spa is amazing and my massage therapist was fantastic..her name is Joy..If anyone wants a great massage.||Until next time…

Fantastic place to stay for the conference I was attending. I found my room to be clean, comfortable with tons of room. The staff was phenomenal - with plenty of help and pleasant service. The meeting rooms had more than enough size for our needs and very comfortable. Great food and excellent service everywhere. Thank you 🙂

The Wigwam Experience 👑👑👑👑. Excellence!!!!! Perfect setting for my family gathering. Our Server "Rachel👑🤍👑❤️ was absolutely AMAZING. Our orders came out exactly what we asked for and she even went above and beyond and helped us with bringing the umbrella 🏖️ near our table for a comfortable, cool outdoor brunch. Very SPECIAL!!!! Must Go!!!!
