Positives - receptionist during the office hours was helpful and check in was very straightforward.
Negatives - and let me preface - I grew up glamping for years in an RV from the 80s. This place unfortunately was not as advertised and a far cry from glamping. We paid over $200 Canadian per night ($120USD-ish) over the Easter long weekend and we would have been better going to a Super8.
Our unit was not as advertised. Foremost the beds are shown to come with a comforter and plush pillows. Ours unfortunately came with thin pillows (like a quarter inch thick) and the only blankets provided were thin fleece blankets. The mattress was also terrible.
To add more - this place is between two gas stations with a view of a highway in the distance - that's not what is shown.
The Wi-Fi was also non existent and regardless of what reasons they provided for it, our phones on roaming had consistent 5G and other places we visited in town had consistent Wi-Fi.
Our unit also had mouse poop in the drawers.

Perhaps I wouldn't have cared if I paid a quarter of the price to stay here, but this was a far call from glamping.

We enjoyed our stay there. But there are a few things they can improve on. Especially the "blanket" they provide.... It's not even a blanket... It's like those $5 throw blanket from Walmart.... And we know Williams has some of the colder morning... Just that alone is not enough... And the aircon/heater system will turn off after some time so we will wake up from the freeze... Luckily we did some research and bring our own blanket and the mini ceramic heater provided...

Other than the wear and tear from the growing equipment, it's not a very bad experience as they did provide a BBQ pit, fire pit and sitting place outside the rv.

This will be my first and last rv experience...

Great family atmosphere here. Good for singles, couples, or family. RV was clean and well serviced. Loved the fire pit! Just over an hour away from the Grand Canyon.

Nice, quite place right off the 40. Route 66 is nearby plus gas stations, grocery store. Good place to escape the normal and relax.
Bring what you need to the campers. Kitchens in the units equipped with cooking utensils. BBQ grills available plus fire pits. Very minimal light pollution at night. I stayed here twice and both times were decent.

I wasn't a fan. The RV itself was marginally clean and a bit tired overall - lots of wear and small maintenance things that seemed to go unnoticed (knobs on stove were unreadable, shower head holder missing, blinds won't stay down...)
It's right next to the Loves, which is convenient, but you see trucks passing constantly. There are no trees on that side to block the view, and none of the trees are evergreen so in the winter it's a bit bare and dreary.
It was snowy and muddy - zero cleaning supplies.
Towels - only 4 provided and some were new and unwashed (so not clean).
Fees - the "extra" guest fee for more than two (it was our fam of four) added another $30/night...
Shower only stays warm for about 3 minutes...
Lots of crumbs in vents / corners...

Overall I felt this was an epic waste of (non-refundable) money - I could have stayed at a 4 star hotel for what our final cost was.

DO NOT BOOK OR RESERVE AHEAD OF TIME EVEN IF LISTED ONLY 2 LEFT!! I did and when I got there, the RV was $125 per night. Instead of the $225 I reserved it for. I only reserved it-not paid but they had by credit card number on file. I went to the office and talked to the manager, Carolyn. It was a difference of $625 for 5 nights. Substantial amount of money and I was told because I reserved the unit at the $225 price that's what I would be charged , it didn't matter that the week was now $125 per night. and it was my "tough cookies" I went back to the RV and looked up the charge on my credit card and 15 minutes later, it showed up at $225, the higher price and then they added the date of the day before I came in to argue the price. Bad business and sleezy tactics.

This is a great place to stay! Staff was very friendly and the RV was so nice. My husband and I love to cook and grill. It had all the dishes and utensils inside as well as a propane grill.! We definitely will be staying there again and bringing family!

A great experience, our first time in a caravan. The beds were hard and 60% of the pillows were lumpy, and the polyester blanket made for a very sweaty night, but we still had fun. As there are many other RVs in close proximity, you can hear others outside quite easily and may wake due to noise, but other campers are all pretty good at keeping to quiet time. Although we were told there is 7 gallons of hot water in the tank per RV, in reality, it is at best, lukewarm, not "hot". We didn't try the public bathrooms so cannot comment if the water there was hot.
