I was pleasantly surprised by this Motel. The rooms are on the ground floor. Even though I paid just $35 for the room. It had things that the $60 Motel room I used the day before didn't have. I know this is standard but not all hotels have a coffee maker, somewhere to rest your suitcase, a box of tissues, an iron and iron board. Sufficient towels. I appreciated all these things. Although the rooms were dated they were in good order. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. I was told there is a microwave near the ice machine outside which I didn't find very practical or safe especially at night. The towels and washcloths need some attention, they just need a better quality so that other people's hairs are not entangled in them when you go to use them. I was there one night and would recommend for the price and the basic facilities. Also it is on Route 66 and a short walk from all the downtown shops and activities.

We had a reasonable stay there. The room was big, the beds were comfortable and it was relatively quiet. Service was fast and helpful. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The wi-fi was a little weak.
Overall we were satisfied with the experience based on the price.

Just wanted to send out a huge thanks to the staff at this hotel. I booked for a family of seven who is going up to Bearizona and to spend the weekend up north. An unexpected occurrence made it necessary for the family to leave the hotel and the staff was so accommodating in providing a full refund for both days that were booked and showed much kindness along the way. The room itself was perfect for a family of seven with two queen beds and a king size bed and we're just sorry that it didn't work for the whole weekend but will definitely book again with this Motel if traveling in the area again. Again kudos to the staff at the hotel for the way that they handled a very difficult situation regarding a plumbing issue that was definitely unforeseen and beyond their control. Where the Motel is located was in a very Serene stretch off Route 66 and a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle in Mesa! Highly recommend this Motel to anyone looking to stay in or around the Williams area!

Location : Great, close to Grand Canyon and Sedona. Quiet place, I prefer it that way.
Service : Great, front desk is prompt and ready to help.
Rooms : Rooms are good, the metal stand for desk are creaky and the wifi isn't all that good.
Overall, its a good spot to stay for a few days if you plan on touring this side of Arizona.

A perfectly fine room, but their stairs are poor and need replacement asap so be careful walking up them.
This hotel sits on a strip of an olde timey kind of town. Definitely very old west kind of vibe but with lots of bars, restaurants, and gift shops on the main strip.

Another great weekend ! Absolutely the best and only place to stay in Williams me and my family have stayed here many times and the rooms are always clean , the most comfortable beds and the service is absolutely above and beyond , walking distance to almost everything Williams has to offer ! This is the ONLY hotel we stay at and will continue to stay at !

The older Indian man was aggressive & rude. I paid for my stay when I made the reservation through Hotel.com but apparently he thought it's unreasonable to questioned why I was given a credit card receipt to sign. He rolled his, yelled "did I asked for your credit card?" I asked him to calm down and be more respectful and he just got more aggravated. He went on to complain how Expedia (?) was the one who's making people sign the receipt as proof because "dishonest people" asked for refunds after their stay. He threw a room card down and proceeded to process our 2nd room. When he finally gave us our 2nd room's key card and receipt, I pointed out that he never gave us the receipt for the first room. He yelled at us again and said he did. I pointed at the surveillance camera and asked him to check his footage, he yelled that the camera was a dud! We asked him to reprint the receipt, he slammed the credit card machine down in front of us and yelled he can't. The rooms were filthy and disgusting. Hair everywhere in the bathroom (tub, sink, baseboards and walls), dead bugs on the window sills. Loud window unit that never really heated the room up. We would have left but my family were really tired from the long drive. The next day another hotel guest lady asked if we had hot water. She said she reported the problem but the guy was rude and acted as if she was crazy. This place should be condemned to be torn down!

Fuse free check in. Room is decent. However, whoever design the shower knob needs to be shot. It is like a puzzle.
