The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The free breakfast could have been better. The first night we were there they only had sweet choices. They did add yogurt the next two nights. I think some unsweetened cereal would be a good choice also. The room was small and could not accommodate all the guests that were there.

Definitely better than the photos! Expected something drab & old, considering the price is really affordable. Turns out I was wrong! The rooms are renovated, VERY CLEAN, bed was comfortable.

Simple breakfast was served every morning (fruits, coffee, oats, toasts). I read some negative reviews regarding the receptionists, but I was treated very nicely. Definitely the opposite end of the bad reviews.

Downside: the central heating seems to be ON 24/7 even when we turned it off. There's always a warm trickle of air coming through the heating vents. But you can always turn on the AC if it gets too warm.

All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment. You deserve more good reviews.

Nemo was so amazing, he helped us at the front desk, with getting an refund on a night we weren’t able to make it into town, and also with our flat tire when he came in clutch with an air compressor and directions to the nearest tire repair shop! He saved us hours of time, and helped us so much! The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the place overall seems very well managed! The rooms looked revamped compared to the Google photos and the hotel itself has also had a bit of a face lift! Overall, my expectations were exceeded and we had a wonderful stay! Also close to lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance!

Great place for an overnight stay. Great location. It's within walking distance of lots of places to eat, drink & explore. The room was a bit small but good for a solo traveler. It was very clean! Not much of a breakfast though.

Newer painted building with updated bathroom. The room had fridge, tea/coffee. Quick and plenty of hot water. Basic breakfast, sufficient with bread, muffins, donuts, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal/milk, coffee/tea. We were comfortable and did not need anything more. Definitely will come back when we are in the area again.

Older motel, nicely renovated, very clean and well-situated in downtown Williams. Wifi, lots of TV channels, plenty of heat in winter, bathroom recently upgraded, good hot water and modest free breakfast. Great price and very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Small room, but with everything you need. Sound insulation could be better. Breakfast included- only sweet stuff and toasts. The city of Williams is great- many restaurants, shops, places to see.

We were expecting something simple, and indeed we found a very basic structure. However, for our purpose (finding a base to visit the Grand Canyon) it was a satisfactory logistical choice. Don't expect too much! Williams itself doesn't offer much. It's worth taking a detour to Flagstaff, a charming town just 36 miles away.
