Old and out of date hotel, in serious need of a renovation. Poorly trained staff. Easily the most ghetto Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at.

The room thermostat clearly doesn't work right. The pocket (pocket!) door was in bad shape and almost got stuck every time it was used. The tiny little bath and toilet area was so small, it felt cramped. The sheer curtains were missing, and the room darkening curtains liked to stick. The hotel is is bad need of a renovation. The staff were borderline rude, and didn't care about much of anything. The suites were small compared to other Embassy Suites I've stayed at. The lobby is underwhelming. The suitcase carriers were old and weird and the worst I've ever used. But they had the ES breakfast and the quiet multi - room suites.

So, 2 stars for being an Embassy. But brand name and brand reputation will only go so far.

Weekend getaway with my lady was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and hospitable. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Willie is a legendary bartender. The hot tub worked (rarity these days). Excellent value!

How is this place considered a Hilton property with an almost 5-star rating on the Hilton website? How is this room worth 50k in points a night? Being here, it is worth no more than 15- 20k points per night. The room was in complete disarray, not appropriately cleaned, dirty, and in dire need of a deep cleaning. Rotted furniture that has seen a thing or two, and none of the furniture was comfortable. No wonder so many people were hanging out in the lobby. The rooms are abysmal. The AC did not work completely, and insufficient outlets were near the bed. The toilet seat was hanging on for dear life, the tub did not drain properly, and the plug was casually hanging out like it's some personal bathroom and not in a hotel. Make sure to bring Clorox wipes to clean it separately.

I AM HORRIFIED!!! we can’t take our shoes off to walk around in our room. I don’t even wanna touch the light switch or the remote. I can hear every single car going by. It feels like there’s holes in the window. This is not even a one star hotel. I’ve never seen anything as bad as this, not in my entire 35 years of staying at hotels.
The pool has a film of oily dirt all over the top of it, and the Jacuzzi will rip up your bathing suit. It hasn’t been updated in probably since the 70s. Along with the furniture and carpet in our room. I am so creeped out and it’s too late to get in the car and drive away and too dark to drive all the way home. This place is disgusting and as far as I’m concerned, a death trap with everything from 1971! I am currently sneezing and having an allergic reaction to all the dust. This is my worst nightmare, and I can hear every word of the guests across from me in the hallway, even in a one bedroom suite where the beds are away from the front door.
We turned on the air-conditioning to try to get rid of the chemical smell from the cleaning carts that are all over. The air conditioner sounds like it’s going to blow up and it is literally shaking the walls next to our bed. I have videotaped it in the last of my photos. How can this place get any worse? The chemical smell in hotel is absolutely overwhelming and sickening. I am trying to use eye drops now to get my eyes to stop burning from the chemical smell ! Honestly, this is unreal. . The air conditioner sounds like it’s gonna blow up. It is so loud and shaking the walls chargers wont work!! Plugs outdated

There were some things that were kind of disappointing during our visit, which really stinks because we love Embassy Suites and try to stay in one whenever we travel. The beds are okay, but not as comfy as other Embassy Suites that we've stayed at. I'm not sure why, but perhaps the beds at this location are older?..? Overall, we still had a decent night of sleep, and our kids enjoyed their separate area. For me, though, the biggest issue I had/have was/is in the customer service during breakfast. The women working in that area were incredibly rude, and you could tell that they hated their jobs. I asked twice for them to refill the waffle batter, but it never happened. There were so many people who were still waiting in line to make a waffle. I also asked for the cereal to be refilled, and they didn't refill it. When the young lady was making omlettes, I heard her and the other female arguing over who was going to help the guests. I heard her say, "I'm busy. You do it," to the other worker. This was because she asked her to refill the milk machine. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but if you are staying here, expect less than decent service during breakfast.

This is an older property and is definitely showing its age. The maintenance of the rooms has been minimal and sloppy. The cleanliness was ok, not the worst. The furniture is really old. There are a lot of restaurants near here and close to downtown. The staff was really nice. I did not find this worth what we paid.

I don’t even know where to begin. This Embassy Suites in Flagstaff is old, dirty, and downright depressing. The moment we walked into our room, we were hit with a wave of disappointment. A ripped, worn-out chair greeted us first. The couch had a foul smell like it hadn’t been cleaned since the ā€˜90s. White stains on the kitchen chairs (yeah… those kind of stains), filthy, frayed carpet, a faucet in the bathtub practically falling off, lime-covered shower head, peeling wallpaper, and—just for good measure—mold on the ceiling.

I could go on, but honestly, I’m just trying to block it from memory at this point. Do yourself a favor—don’t stay here. This place is in desperate need of a full renovation and a deep clean. Save your money and your sanity.

We were only in town for one night and booked here so we wouldn’t have to drive back to Phoenix so late. I booked based on the name (I’m a Hilton girl). The hotel was fairly aged, which they can’t control, however I had concerns with cleanliness which is unacceptable. Our room had not been cleaned properly in quite some time (dirt and dust in corners of the bathroom, rust and maintenance issues throughout, live bugs on the counter spaces, and a very dirty sofa that I wouldn’t sit on). I don’t recommend this hotel. I let the staff know about the bugs, the night auditor was very indifferent and stated they come in for the warmth.
