PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!
Having never spent anytime in Prescott. Decided to go up for the weekend. Had a two night reservation for a deluxe king suite. Based on the room decided to leave after one night. I fully agree with some of the past posts, this should not be advertised as a resort or a suite at minimum. It is far from any sense of resort. Sent a direct email to the front office Manager (after we left) two days ago with no response or acknowledgement of the email. Was hoping that with a direct email they would at least be in contact and respond to avoid having to post a bad review. I guess my expectations are too high. Upon checking out a day early (at 9:00 am) based on their cancellation policy still being charged for both nights. So being charged for two nights after a total time of 16 hours on their property. As mentioned in my email to them, I fully understand their policy, however, on their website I also didn't see anything advertising sub par rooms and bad experiences.
Looked like someone had thrown up in the tub, was never fully cleaned, also looked like they used the hand held shower head to attempt to clean it and got vomit on the hand held. We cleaned up what we could just to be able to shower at close to midnight just so we could get a shower and then some sleep. The photos of the hand held are from the next morning in which we had already cleaned it believe it or not. Absolutely disgusting. Lav sink took about 30 mins to drain after backing up when turning on the water, whatever was in the drain coated the sink. The photos were all taken in the morning. I would advise anyone who reads the reviews prior to booking to stay away, I will definitely not be back to stay.
The fact that they don't even acknowledge the direct email says everything about this place and their lack of customer service. Mind you they have you sign a form stating you are responsible for any damages to the room. The room was atrocious at best, too many photos to share, carpet was awful, credenza top had been stained, screen door shredded, what appeared to be vomit in the tub, hand held in the shower having the same appearance of vomit on the left side of it, and the lav sink.
Maybe they should look into their website being accurate as much as they do their cancellation policy. The website is very misleading at best.
They may have collected my second nights payment due to the cancellation policy but what they fail to understand is the future revenue you are now missing out on based on we won't be returning, the negative word of mouth, and hopefully the amount of eyes that will be reading this review. Hindsight is always 20/20, would have been much better to respond to the email correspondence.
My hindsight, next time believe all of the reviews you read before booking, because they all now seem accurate!

Worn Down. Nice Views and Staff.
They have not kept up with their room furniture, hallways, and lobby. Everything from walls to doors is worn out, frayed, scraped and looks dirty--though it is not actually dirty. It's not a disaster, don't get me wrong, but it is noticeable everywhere.
Your room chair looks beaten down and feels beaten down when you sit in in it to watch the 19 inch TV in your suite. It makes you wonder, but you roll with it or you don't. I could go on, but I won't because at least the staff were nice and this place has a few positive things going for it so let's get to them.
The location is very good, there is a nice large common patio area with a fire pit and the views overlooking Prescott are excellent, probably the best you'll get in Prescott. There is an indoor pool, a small casino with friendly dealers and a restaurant with ok food. Free parking. No EV charging. There is a lobby bar with live music!

My room was dirty and disappointing. I was there for a conference and I did like the conference area. The resort has a great view, but I would highly recommend improving your cleaning standards. There were splatters of something on the walls, dingy carpet, and dirty corners in the bathroom and bedroom. Also, the large gap under the room door allowed all sounds to be heard from outside the room and within the room.

Nice location, but they need to speed up the room remodeling (we were told this was happening two or more years ago). If you get one of the nine rooms that have been remodeled, it's probably a nice stay. I'm guessing most of the rooms are like ours with gross worn carpet with visible seams and bumps. I almost tripped twice. The rooms are very dark and have old lamps with low-wattage bulbs. They also give you special instructions on how to use the small 20+ year old tvs. Front desk staff was nice, but didn't ask how our stay was (they know the place is old and dumpy). Lobby and bar area are still nice. Would not stay again unless it's in a remodeled room.

My wife and I stayed a Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. I was a little nervous based on some of these reviews but I did not experience and of the issues these other reviewers did. All the staff members were welcoming from the front desk to the restaurant(s) staff. Our room had an amazing view and I saw what others were complaining about with the old carpets in other rooms but our room was all tile and wood flooring. The bathroom was clean and tiled top to bottom. The sheets and pillows were very clean and smelled fresh. I didn't notice anything dirty in the room but yes the TV and some furniture has some age to it. We had breakfast at Icha Maajoh and it was delicious and not over priced, we had dinner at Eagles nest and it was incredible. Only problem was kitchen closes at 5 on Mondays so we just had an early dinner. We also had the option of the grey room restaurant inside the casino which was more like a diner but the food was good and not over priced either. I had the best strawberry and maple syrup coffee I've ever had at the coffee shop Valo. We had no reason to leave the resort if we didn't want to. I even won $100 at the casino. We also got massages at the spa and I personally enjoyed the sauna. It wasn't as hot as id like it and it only got to 145f max but I had the whole sauna to myself and really enjoyed the privacy. The relaxing massage from Aurora was out of this world. I cant express how happy we are with the whole experience at the resort and look forward to coming back again next year.

My wife and I took a stay cation at buckys casino (prescott resort and conference center). We had a great time. There are nice restaurants on site, gambling, to include live craps, roulette, BJ, and other card games. There are also plenty of slots. The rooms need a little attention. They are clean and comfortable, just need a face-lift

We have been here twice and the food, atmosphere, and location is amazing. Our favorite part is Jordan our bartender/waitress at the Eagles Nest in the hotel. She is great at her job and so friendly and welcoming while she does it.

You can tell all the 70+ people in the casino have been coming here and gambling together for years. The waiters and waitresses and almost everyone else is of that age group. They were all nice and friendly and quite a few smelled strongly of alcohol 😆 They were having a good time and we did too. The bed was comfortable. The rooms have solid thick walls . Very quiet. Love that . Room service in the morning which is rare these days. Loved it. Could do a whole social study here .. fascinating
