It's sad I have to write this review. I was a member, and at first, under the old owners, it was an amazing experience. One of the front desk people told me it had changed to their son or something like that. They had, in my opinion, some of the best massage therapists, but when ownership changed, everything changed!

First, I noticed they started losing massage therapists often. I asked a couple of them and they stated "they no longer treated them well and it wasn't worth working here". Then, they changed the membership fees, which ended up costing members more money. I use to sing their praises to everyone I know and drove them a lot of new customers. Unfortunately, I started hearing from friends and family that their experience changed and was similar to mine.

As a member, you earn credits each month. I travel a lot for work, and so I had several credits that I was never going to get to use, so I sent my wife to get a message and facial and told her to use up all my credits. She said the facial was the worst she had ever had; they missed several standard steps. She also was not impressed with the massage at all. She didn't want to go back, and I ended up walking away from my credits.

Lastly, I purchased gift certificates from them, and before they expired, I tried to book appointments to use them. They told me they had nothing available but gave me the owner's email and said they would take care of me. They also said to call back if I had not heard from the owner in a few days. I called back because, of course, I didn't hear from the owner. They told me they talked to the owner and explained the situation, and the owner basically didn't care. They were not going to honor the gift certificates. They just don't care about their clients. They got their money.

They used to have 3 locations and are now down to two. I believe this represents the direction they are headed. I no longer recommend this place. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Hi just had THE BEST massage with Ariel. She truly went the extra mile and customized my massage to be exactly what I needed. I left feeling fully relaxed and loosened up! Thank you thank you thank you Ariel! I will be back!!

I had an excellent Lomi Lomi 1 hour session with Ariel, who is a master at her work. The spa is always so clean and inviting. The staff are always friendly and attentive to your every need. The owners are very involved and maintain the Hawaiian theme. Been going here for years, I can highly recommend it, the showers are amazing. I highly recommend Ariel or Holly, both superior massage therapists.

I recently had an experience with Hawaiian Experience Spa and feel it’s important to share my thoughts on their membership. While the membership initially seemed like a good deal, it quickly became clear that it’s not as valuable as it appears.

Cancelling the membership is unnecessarily difficult. The process is complicated and far more time-consuming than it should be. On top of that, they make it hard to use any unused credits. They impose restrictions on how and when you can use them, and it feels like they actively try to cheat you out of your remaining credits, finding ways to limit your access or make it harder to redeem them.

Additionally, the customer service is extremely frustrating. When problems arise, they offer no understanding or grace. It’s clear that they don’t prioritize the customer’s needs or concerns—rather, their focus is on charging you more at every opportunity. There’s little effort to resolve issues in a way that benefits the customer.

Overall, the membership is restrictive, with unclear terms and a lack of flexibility, and the customer service only adds to the frustration. While the spa services themselves are decent, the experience with the membership feels more like a burden than a benefit. I would advise carefully considering whether this membership is worth the cost.

Personally I come here monthly and look forward to my visits every single time. After my second visit I signed up for the wellness plan because I had to come back. I have also brought my boyfriend for valentines day the last two years and we have booked again for this year. I would 10/10 recommend to all of my friends. Wish I didnt have to wait another month. Robes are comfortable, showers to die for, vibes are immaculate.

The couple's massage was perfect, we both really enjoyed the experience!
A couple areas of feedback. My first impression from the website is the packages are highly customizable. I was looking at a couple's massage + sauna and maybe other items, but then learned the sauna is only for members and the couple's massage part of any packages. We would have added on things if possible.
I booked the couple's massage and then waited on buying a gift card to see if there would be a special online, since I noticed there were daily deals. On 12/20, I received an email stating 'last of the holiday sales', so I went ahead and bought a gift card. The very next day, there was a 40% site-wide sale and I was told it couldn't be honored. I think people should have more confidence in purchasing services.
