We had such a memorable afternoon at Joya Spa! The whole vibe was relaxing and beautiful, but what really stood out was the incredible poolside service from Carlos. He made us feel genuinely cared for and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. You can tell he really takes pride in his work—and it made a difference.

The pool area has a stunning view of Camelback Mountain, and even though it got a bit crowded after our afternoon spa service, we didn’t mind. We just lounged around, soaked up the sun, and waited for the pool to clear out a bit. Honestly, it was all part of the chill experience.

We’re planning to check out a few other spas in the area, but we’d definitely come back to Joya—especially if Carlos is still there. He really made the experience feel special.

The massage was amazing— I enjoyed a 90 min hot towel arnica massage. Once you check in, you have access to all of their amenities, including the terrace pool, hot tub, saunas and cold plunge. I highly recommend booking your appointment for early in the morning so you can have the day/afternoon to enjoy everything else. Enjoy!

We had an amazing experience at the Joya Spa!! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the service at the pool was excellent, the amenities (sauna, cold plunge, hot tub etc.) were spacious…
My husband and I both had excellent massages and after we enjoyed a yummy lunch by the pool overlooking the mountain! Definitely recommend!!

Joya is absolutely stunning, and the massage from my therapist Antoine was fabulous. The spa was busy, and between the tours, regular chatter from other guests and someone watching a video on their phone, the Whisper Lounge was not what I'd consider a relaxation room. But, the sunshine and the view from the pool made up for it!

I have been to many luxury 5-star spas and Joya Spa is one of my favorites! From the beautiful grounds of Omni Resort, to the mystical rocks and crystals, the facilities have everything you need (other than an actual cold plunge pool). The massage tables are very comfortable and every massage I’ve had there has been excellent. The therapists are wonderful and always friendly. The outdoor pool and patio area is such a treat, the food is good, and my favorite is the boho relaxation rooms, especially co-ed. My husband and I enjoy having our alone time in the gender specific facilities, a massage service, and snuggling and relaxing together in the co-ed space too. I always look forward to our trips to Scottsdale so we can spend a day at Joya!
Note: March 2025 the women’s spa jacuzzi tub was needing repairs. Many tiles were missing and some would pop off as you sat there. Despite this, my experience was still great and I would not dock any stars. The spa is so lovely and I’m sure this will be addressed and fixed soon. The upkeep and service to the spa facilities is very evident in everything else.

I helped out a friend get to her hair appointment at Joya Salon Spa & was quite impressed. An appointment was made for 2:45 & when we walked in at 2:40 we checked in & Sam her stylist came out & took her right in & gave her a good shampoo head massage.I almost feel asleep watching, hahaha!Great, kind, friendly, first class service. My friend is very picky, so thank you for your patience Sam 🙂 The salon is located on the grounds of the Omni Hotel which is beautiful.I AM definitely going to come back & have lunch with a couple of my sister girlfriends. The grounds are beautiful & cozy.Great views of the mountains & beautiful skies & although I didn’t have lunch but I ck’d out the menu & it looked yummy.Definitely will come back & try lunch.

Booked a spa day with three friends at 10 a.m. Paid for 80 minute massages and looked forward to lunch and relaxation by the pool for the afternoon. At end of services, no chairs available at spa pool. Told us to use the general hotel pool - full of kids, no view and NOT relaxing. Not acceptable when you pay for a “spa day”! Had to leave spa and hotel and go elsewhere for lunch. Spa was clearly oversold. One friend’s massage was in a hotel room with a king bed next to the table! No wonder the pool deck was full. Some rooms didn’t have music, one masseuse spent 12 minutes showing stretches, and generally service didn’t live up. Manager simply said he appreciated all feedback when we complained. Yep, that’s it! (And on a related note, the staff allowed us to place our books on lounge chairs before our massages and when we returned 90 minutes later, our things were just thrown in a pile on a random table! Again, not acceptable!). So many amazing spas in Scottsdale- choose wisely and do not choose Joya!!

Had a wonderful girls day here! 3 of us had 80 min massages and they were all fantastic. Angela gave me the perfect relaxing massage and Edward gave my friend a perfect deep tissue massage. Pro tips: make an appointment early in the day (we went at 0900), and get out to reserve a pool chair early. Had a nice lunch poolside with drinks. Definitely a nice relaxing atmosphere on a Friday.
