My SIL and I booked massages when we were on a mini-vaca in Sedona. They were amazing. This is not a "fancy spa" at a resort -- I considered one or two of these. I chose A Spa For You based on the good reviews and I am so glad I did! Every aspect of our experience was great - from the first text I got to confirm our appointments (Thea provided some additional suggestions about the area), to our intake conversation which was lovely and relaxing, to the actual massages. I wish we lived closer so we could come often. If you are looking for a fantastic massage, this is the place.

Our experience here was absolutely top-notch. From the moment we called to book our appointment, the lady on the phone was incredibly kind and informative, making the entire process seamless. She even guided us to the location on the day of our visit. Upon arrival, we had a 10-minute consultation with our two massage therapists, where they discussed our specific pain points, areas that might need extra attention, and whether we wanted to incorporate essential oils (and helped us choose the right scents). They also offered options like hot stones and explained how to best communicate our needs during the massage.

Before and after the session, we were given the chance to use the restroom, and they provided everything we needed—robes, towels, and even a shower. We opted for a couples massage to celebrate our 2-year wedding anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The attention to detail and personalized care made it an unforgettable experience.

Thea and Pamela were amazing! They made us feel very comfortable, and really worked hard to learn what we needed most, and how they could best help heal our bodies. Their use of healing stones was fantastic, and the Japanese facial is something I wish I could have every day.
