An amazing place close to the river. We had a beautiful room with an astonishing view of Red Rock from both our bedroom and bathroom. The room is super well equipped and beauty products in bathroom of super high quality. Oh, we also had a gas fireplace which makes this room one of the most romantic I had ever seen. The staff is super friendly, yet very professional. The room is a 5/5.

Bar is great, it's menu and location are just amazing. A 5/5 for the bar.

Slightly less pleased by the restaurant despite an amazing location and service. While the wine list is amazing (we had a beautiful CĂ´te RĂ´tie) and the menu very promising I'd rate the food 2/5 for such a place and for such prices. Pastas were Ok, Kid burger was like in many other average restaurants and my Ribeye overcooked (served medium while I asked it blue blue rare), and way too much seasoned with a pretty strong chimichurri that would have deserved to be on the side. Such a meat deserves nothing less than salt and pepper. Sides were super fat... You read me, an unpleasant experience as in such a beautiful place we can only expect the best.

Picture attached is the view from our room's balcony. All in all, I'd rate our stay 4/5.

This was my second visit to the bar at L’Auberge de Sedona and both times I have had the most incredible experience. The view of the creek is so serene, the ambiance is luxurious, yet my favorite part is Elizabeth, the bartender. She is so knowledgeable about wine. She delivers impeccable customer service. And on my second visit, she remembered me even though it was several months later. I will absolutely be back!!!! This is the best bar in town.

This property was amazing. Ciara at the front desk made us feel so welcome. She was great explaining the property to us. ||The lodge room was beautiful with wonderful amenities. The lodge concierge, Maria, helped us with information about getting a reservation in Sedona. She was great and had excellent knowledge of the area. ||Guest services was so helpful with arranging transportation. The valets were amazing. Always there to assist! ||We ate at Cress on Oak Creek, for breakfast and dinner. Staff was great, especially our server Lee. The view is amazing. Highly recommend!

We had a single night here and have stayed in Sedona before at many other hotels. This was more expensive place than other places, but it was well worth it. Our cottage had no neighbors and was large and spacious, and we never heard anyone else; We also weren't attached to another room. We did both a room service in the evening and breakfast at the restaurant along the creek. Eating out looking out at the creek was just beautiful. There is some trails that take you out along some rocks where we finished enjoying our coffee. The service of the front desk and the valet's were exceptional. We used there shuttle service, and it was very timely.

Would never stay here again or recommend it to someone. Overall a surprisingly bad experience. The staff seemed as they were not trained properly for the roles they were assigned to do. The following mentions various moments we felt should not happen at a hotel that you're paying $800/night.

- We asked to have our bags and car pulled out upon departing and they forgot.
- One morning there was a very long line to get into the dining room for the only restaurant on property. We're fine to wait in a line but would have preferred someone could have given us an estimate for how long we'd be waiting. We asked and were not able to get an answer.
- When we checked in, no one explained the property grounds or available activities and where concierge was.
- We requested a late check-out and our key card no longer worked because there was an "unknown" system issue.
- We noticed there were people who worked the front desk also were the waiters in the restaurant. We've never seen this cross-over before and it made it clear they were short staffed and further made the point that the employees were not equipped to play out their role adequately.
- When we were at the pool, the employees working the pool were absent for an hour so we had to call the front desk to order lunch off an entirely different menu.

While the setting along Oak Creek is beautiful and our cabin was charming, the service was far below five-star standards, especially for the high price point. On our first night, we had dinner at the bar and experienced extremely poor service: after taking our drink order, our server disappeared for 45 minutes, and we had to flag down staff for every part of the meal. Food arrived cold, and basic necessities like cutlery, salt, and pepper were missing. We were never asked for another drink order when our drinks were visibly empty. Despite giving feedback to the front desk, no proactive follow-up was made. The meal was only comped after we specifically asked for it when settling our bill. The following day, we had lunch down by the creek. The service started off much better, and we were hopeful, but when it came time to get our bill our server disappeared for 15 minutes and we had to track him down ourselves. ||The spa services we received were good. However, at checkout they informed us they had already added a 20% gratuity but said we could feel free to change it if we wanted, which came across as an uncomfortable pressure tactic rather than allowing guests to tip based on their experience, as you would expect at a five-star property. Additionally, when checking out, we noticed they had personalized “suggestion boxes” - pre-filled collections of retail products based on the type of service you received (available for purchase, not complimentary). The front desk attendant mentioned that we should have received one, but we hadn’t. Yet another small miss that reflected a lack of attention to detail.||During our stay, we also took advantage of the nightly astronomer session offered in the parking lot. While we saw some interesting sights through the telescope, the astronomer was a little unenthusiastic and unapproachable. At a luxury property, you expect staff (even contractors) to be passionate and welcoming, but instead, it felt like we were bothering him by asking questions. ||Overall, while the natural beauty of the setting is undeniable, the service at every turn failed to meet five-star expectations or justify the premium price.

The hotel has a great location. You are close to shops and great restaurants. |The grounds are very pretty. Landscaping well maintained and lush. You will be met with friendly staff. The concierge team, especially Maria and Dylann are fabulous. They will go out of their way to help you with reservations or plan out a visit to the Grand Canyon as they did for us. As for the rooms, they are a little tight. We didn’t get much of a view. We were located on the second floor of the lodge. They are clean and there is turned down service, which is lovely. The spa was really nice. The pool area is sad. It certainly needs to be brought up to date. The restaurant, Cress by the Creek, was just OK. Much better selections and quality in local restaurants. Valet service to local restaurants or to town within a certain radius was a nice perk. If you’re checking a car, it’s $30 a day plus taxes.

Stayed for 3 nights in the Vista Suite Cottage. I’d recommend staying here. Staff are super friendly and attentive. We had our dog with us and they were super pet friendly. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but enjoyed having drinks each night. Only criticism of the room is that it looks out onto the parking lot which takes away from the view a bit.
