It’s a 2 star motel for a reason! The managers were real nice and friendly. Room was clean and somewhat updated. There are not enough outlets to plug in all of your devices, but that’s expected in an older structure. We came in the beginning of March and it was cold and the shower never got hot. Lukewarm at best. There was a gap under the door that we had to ask for a towel to block out the cold air. The Internet is hit or miss but when it did work, it was horrible service. And since the TV works off the Internet, no TV for us this trip! The motel seemed relatively safe, economical, and was walking distance to all the shops. So that was nice. It’s just going to stay a 2 star motel from me.

This is hands down one of the best motels I’ve stayed at in a long time! Williams is a charming little town—basically one main street full of character—and this motel is perfectly located right at the start of it. Even better, it sits right on historic Route 66, making it the perfect place to stay for road-trippers and adventure seekers. Plus, it's only about an hour away from the Grand Canyon, so you can explore all day and return to a cozy, comfortable room at night.
One of the coolest things about this place is its vintage neon sign, which has been shining bright since 1928! After chatting with the owners, I learned so much about the history of Williams and got some great recommendations on what to do in town. They were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Rigo and Brandy, the managers, were always available and went above and beyond to help with anything I needed.
The rooms? Absolutely fantastic. They’ve been newly remodeled and are beautifully done—clean, modern, and super comfortable. If you're looking for the perfect mix of nostalgia, convenience, and comfort, this is the place to stay. Whether you're here for Route 66, the Grand Canyon, or just passing through, you won’t regret booking a night (or more) here!

We just stayed in this motel for three days and it was a wonderful experience. The service is spectacular. The couple that manage the property. Keep the rooms very clean and are very helpful. We could walk everywhere downtown so we barely had to move the car. I highly recommend this motel

I love this awesome motor hotel! This is actually the second time I have stayed here in a month. It's clean and quiet. It takes me back to the 1960's on Route 66. Everyone is so nice. They do accept pets, which is awesome! I highly recommend it!

I spent 2 nights here while visiting the Grand Canyon and Bearizona. As a solo female, I found the property to be safe and comfortable. The man who works in the office ( I didn't get his name) was very friendly and accommodating. I had a slight issue with the first room I was assigned, and he was quick to fix the situation and give me another room. The original room and the one I stayed in were both very clean and comfortable. Room 15 is the "Motor Cafe" which has some small tables, vending machines, and an ice machine. The motel is within walking distance of many options for dining and shopping.
