This place is soo cute! I was worried that it would be sketchy or would feel like a person’s house that was just converted into a hostel, but it’s relatively big and actually feels professional and safe (to be fair, I think it is a converted house but it’s large and doesn’t feel like one). I’m grateful to have a private room near the Grand Canyon for $44 a night, and happy that I trusted the good reviews despite my cautiousness about hostels in the US

Great experience, clean, convenient location and James is very welcoming. Enjoyed my stay before heading to the Grand Canyon. Highly recommend!

Excellent hostel, Lucia was very friendly. Clean, I got my own room and had a shared bathroom. Loved it. It was also nice and quiet, so I got enough uninterrupted sleep before my long journey back. I walked around at night and felt safe traveling solo in area.

I’ve stayed three times and am just so grateful for this place! Lucia and her family are lovely and very generous. It’s a kind of authentic generosity that I don’t come across very often in the US. Just very kind and I’ve felt at home here. Very much recommend staying here.

Not that bad. Parking available. Felt safe. Didn’t need to wait for the bathroom. Clean. Respectful. Easy check in

Off the main road and away from most street noise. A very humble hostel. Amazing kitchen area for cooking with everything you need to cook supplied. Streamlined check in and check out process, staff are super friendly. Easy to park. The rooms are clean and so are the shared bathrooms. Small rooms but as expected from the pictures on listing. Close to the Grand Canyon, would recommend, as Williams the town is an excellent place to visit also.

Do you want to pay to sleep in a room with cockroaches? Or do you love your room to smell like food grease 24/7? Or do you love to hear every conversation through paper thin walls? If not, STAY AWAY from this place. This place shoved like 30 people in a very tiny house that is rebuilt to look like a combine of chicken cages. The place looks like a run down brothel and reeks of food grease and cigarettes. I wouldn’t come back if they paid me to stay. The common areas are extremely dirty and the common fridge is disgusting. The showers gave me acne all over my body. If you are trying to see grand canyon at a cheap price, look into flagstaff. Williams is almost a ghost town and also unsafe to walk around after sunset. Also there’s no AC but that’s the least of your worries if you stay here.

We were not able to stay at the hostel as my husband booked the room in error and it was not handicapped accessible. But Lucia was very helpful is allowing us to use her wifi connection so that we could make a reservation in another facility. She also did not charge us for the late cancellation.
