Wonderful service. I appreciate the fact that they let us check-in. Even though we were an hour late, they had our room ready. It smelled wonderful It was pet friendly, very, very accommodating

Probably the nastiest hotel I almost stayed at. It was so gross that I immediately left after checking in and couldn’t stay here. The lady was rude and wouldn’t refund but Priceline did given the circumstances. Bodily fluids on the night stands and sheets. Place is falling apart. Sleep in your car, sleep on the streets. Anything better and cleaner than this place.

This place was so disappointing, as soon as you walk in to check in the lobby smells disgusting, look creppy, pool don't work, rooms okay, no breakfast at all. Hall way dirty. I will not recommended this place at all. We stayed for a night forvour stopped over on our way to sedona.

If I could, I would rate this place a zero. If I could, I would also rate this place a negative score. Rooms were dirty, unkempt, bathroom was dirty as well, and the coffee maker didn't work. And as for everyone coming for the breakfast, THERE IS NONE.

On the plus side, there was heat. So no cold, instead we were scorching in the middle of the night.

The staff were friendly but when they told us breakfast was available I was expecting actual breakfast but all they offered was coffee and juice. The bed in the room was substandard and the refrigerator was so cold that it froze half the food we brought with us, even after I adjusted the temperature inside it.

Not going to lie, the housekeeping could definitely use some improvements, the room was a bit dirty. However the bed was comfortable, the black out curtains were a dream, there was toiletries, microwave and refrigerator. Plus they are dog-friendly! Would definitely stay here again just wish the room was a bit cleaner.

This place is a scam.
Right by the Grand Canyon. It should be illegal to rent rooms here. do not follow it. In rooms at some bad spots to save money but this place was disgusting. Blood on the sheets and wall Drugs smashed into the counter. Too dirty toilet, bathroom, Partial puke on the floor. Left and drove home at night because I felt dirtier for being there. No refund. Scam place. DO NOT STAY HERE

The room is nasty, I swear gas station bathroom is cleaner. Mouse 💩 in the bathroom. Bed is horrible. I got a blanket out of my car and wearing my clothes n shoes. Door is full of filth. Sheets do no fit. No baseboards on the walls,2 inch gap under the door. Save your money and health do not book this place.
