I had an extremely frustrating stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. While the rooms were generally clean, they were in desperate need of upkeep. The walls in the bathroom were literally falling apart around the sink, which made the room feel more rundown than expected for the price.

The service was even worse. The woman at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. When we mentioned we might leave a review, she responded with, "Well, I don't want you staying here then." On top of that, we were double charged for our stay. We showed the front desk our bank information, but she claimed she couldn’t see the extra charge. We had to fight with corporate to finally get the second charge reversed—talk about a hassle.

For the price you pay, you’d expect better rooms and certainly better customer service. The combination of poor maintenance, rude staff, and the billing issues make this place a no-go for me. I won’t be staying here again and would advise others to look for a better experience elsewhere.

Very nice family running the place 1st off, these folks are the new owners having to deal with many bad reviews from the past is not fair to them . We stayed in the triple queen room at a reasonable rate for 6 people, after driving the canyon scenic route which took all day we decided to stay a second night... Room was clean and AC / Heat was working fine although TV remote worked but on one channel , again not a big deal . The gazebo outside was nice for a early morning coffee or smoke break. Lots of food places to eat in town refrigerator also worked fine.... Overall for a night or 2 to rest 5 stars.

We went to California for a month and stayed in Palm Springs. while we are there , we decided to visit the Grand Canyon in Arizona. We drove for quite long hours and reached at Williams in the evening and we decided to checked in at this hotel. The room we occupied during our stay in Nov. 2023 needs an improvement. There was a big hole on the wall , the curtain is damaged by heater exposure and doesn’t hang properly, the beddings are old and not fixed well, it
looks like it wasn’t changed by the previous occupants.
The greatest trouble we had was the bed is not balance. one side is higher than the other side . we saw there was a piece of wood on one of the foot of the bed. The manager or housekeeper should looked into details of what should be fixed in each room…( just a thought)
Total experience is not good…-

The rooms are disgusting with black mold and extremely rude. The front desk lady claimed to be a worker. She is the owner. She threatened to file a police report when told she would be investigated by state/County. Several fire hazards in the rooms. Rooms are not being cleaned well at all.

Not worth it if you have a pet. We were asked to pay half the nightly rate on top as a pet fee. That rate would land you in a much nicer accommodation in town where pets are included in the rate. Not a huge deal there but the room was borderline inhabitable, if we weren’t exhausted from driving all day we would have gone somewhere else. The shower curtain was stained yellow and absolutely reeked of urine, and to the right of the sink was a suspicious brown splatter. 🤢 Even for the low price, go somewhere else. The front desk person was nice though. Not a reflection on their service, just the rooms and springing a pet fee on at check-in. It should have been clear when booking online.

If I'm being fair, I want to say that the hotel itself may be decent, but the room I was given was absolutely deplorable. There was thick dust in the room like it hadn't been wiped down in some time. Dried urine on the toilet seat and dried urine with dust behind the toilet seat. Spiders and hanging webs in the two corners of the room, holes in the walls that were attempted to be covered, the air conditioner/ heater hanging out of the wall. I did not turn the heat on because I was afraid to touch it. Temperature was in the twenties so I froze. Called the office with no response. Just a very dirty room.
The bed also had a piece of drywall under it. I don't even want to know why. It was between the mattress and the box spring which pushed the center of the mattress up so it was not flat which made it very difficult to sleep.
The smoke detector chirped every few minutes so I had to take the battery out.
I took pictures because I'm going to dispute to get my money back. Unfortunately, this review portion does not allow for pictures.
Please don't get room 124 if you go here

The room we got had no lights and smelled like smoke. We asked to be moved to another room and, granted, they did give us a new room. Dude, , there was a hole in the wall, dirty towels, and a slimy shower head. It felt icky over all. We asked for a refund and, after informing them that my wife would prefer to sleep in the car, they gave us our "refund" and refund receipt. It's been months and we haven't received our $100. After I get that piece of paper I'm pro going to report this place to the BBB. Go to the motel 6 across the road.

This motel is an affront to all that is holy. They did the bare minimum of cleaning, the sheets were dirty, poop splatter behind the toilet. They never once came through to do room service. And the breakfast was the saddest thing I've ever seen. Just a coffee machine, and when I asked where the breakfast was, the dude reluctantly grabbed half a box of granola bars and set a few out. The toilet was even clogged when I left! 😂
