Second time here and it was awesome again! Facilities are very nice, plenty of bathrooms and showers and they are always clean. The customer service is always great. Updated nighttime mini golf was great, new glowing golf balls, new lights on the course and a black light tower made it a lot more fun. Go carts were open this time and were a lot of fun, great track, nice carts. Bounce pillow is always a exciting time for the kids and they had a great time again. The shop always has everything you need while you're there.

The pros: Great location and friendly staff. Also nice store and good activities for the kids.
The cons: it feels like everything costs money. Very little is included in the nightly rate you’re paying. We stayed in a water and electric site and the dump site didn’t have a hose with threads so we could flush the tank. The bathrooms are run down. They were clean but look like they haven’t been maintained. The ceiling tiles were stained and holy. Overall the sites are close together and the traffic noise is a bit loud if you’re closer to the freeway.

Could be a great place if you weren’t nickel and dimed for everything and if they kept it up a bit better.

This place was a charming campground. They had indoor pool and jacuzzi which was a huge plus after a long day of driving. They also had cafe with good options. I would definitely come back here to try out their go karts! Unfortunately they were not open during our stay.

This KOA is located in the tall Ponderosa pines, between Williams to the west and Flagstaff to the east. The service was great. We rented Cabin 5 for 2 nights. The cabin contained a heater and TV, which were fine. The cabin windows are not sealed very well. It was windy, and the breeze was coming through the window seal. The mattresses were pleasantly comfortable. We would have no problem staying at this KOA in the future.

Super nice park! The kids loved the jumping pillow and park area. Shower/restroom houses were so warm and clean. Spots were a bit close but the area was lovely with trees.

We stayed in L4, a very nice cabin with plenty of room, with a full bathroom inside! The staff was so friendly and it was a peaceful night for us. Plenty of amenities as well!

Beautiful area, awesome Pine trees, nice folks, clean campground and dog area. Only downfall, food was awful! We had breakfas burrito and sausage was sub par and potatoes were undercooked. Pizza was uncooked dough, not undercooked but uncooked and nasty. They gave us Philly cheese steaks as replacement for pizza, and they were soooo salty that we couldn't eat them. This is a great place, lots of fun stuff for families and dogs just eat elsewhere.

Nice, clean, safe. I arrived late one night, only staying the following day and night. I called and told them I would be arriving after hours, and they told me to come into the office the next morning to complete my paperwork. The office is only open like 9-4. So I woke up at 6 am and sat around 3 hours waiting on them to open, and when I go in at 9 they tell me I didn’t have to come in, everything was done. So I was only in the area for one day, and went to the Grand Canyon, but was delayed three hours due to their poor instructions.
