Exterior of the property is very sad indeed, definitely wondered what we had let ourselves in for, given the price of the room we knew it wasn’t going to be luxurious but first impressions were not good.||The room was clean, a bit tight on space, but adequate for one night. There is no lift so if you have a room on the second floor be prepared to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. No iron in the room.||Breakfast was just about edible.||There are newer properties in town that I would suggest are probably more comfortable than this, but it serves a purpose if you aren’t too fussy.

Hot tub is dirty and only has one jet working, ice machine doesn't work,
Mini fridge is not cold.
The room is clean.
Be careful in the shower the water is scalding hot.
It's definitely not worth $130 a night with a pet fee.

The woman who checked me in was very nice. Our room was a 3 bed suite, but not the best for someone in a wheelchair. The 2nd bedroom had no air flow once the light/fan was turned off and the pull strings were too short to reach. The toilet was too low for a handicapped person. The bathroom door was very narrow and not easy to get through with a walker and definitely not with a wheelchair. I had to move the TV stand out of the way of the bathroom but then the closet couldn't be opened. There was a big door jamb lip to try to get the wheelchair over.
The beds were comfortable, decent light breakfast options and great location.

My daughters and I spent the night here. Lovely diner right across the street with great food. Comfy beds and our room was very comfy. Lady at check in was very nice.

No pool that we could find — nor shown on the map. The hot tub had a non-functioning timer for the jets and the room had black marks (don’t think it was mold…) on the wall, drywall that was broken and crumbling, and a non-functional exhaust fan.

The bedroom was fine overall, but the toilet had a mismatched seat — the toilet was oval but the seat was round. No big deal, but it seems indicative of the level of care and attention being paid to the property.

In the morning the OJ at breakfast was either broken or set up incorrectly — it was very watered down. There were also no spoons for cereal.

The Wi-Fi seems to be served only from the office, so the further your room the less useful it becomes.

This is not an expensive property, but even at the price being charged (we paid $95 before / $130 after tax for a double queen) the property feels like it’s not being managed well.

I would consider a different property if you’re looking for a budget travel option. There are many options in the Williams area.

All I can say is this...been there so many times. Pet friendly walking to all the local shops, etc.. staff is generally polite. Now here we go bad ice machine, watery juice in the am, messed up shower fixtures, grody hot tub and hard small pillows. Sucks to say but the money they charge ...put something back into the place. Everything around you is upgrading. You'll be left behind. Pony up with your Wyndham name. Got no sleep!! 180 plus dollars 1 night.

The rooms smell awful! Upon entering the room, I was met with a powerful chemical smell that was overwhelming, making it difficult for me to breathe. We were shown different rooms and they smelled awful too. We left and decided to stay at a different hotel. When we left we were told by the girl at the desk that we would get a refund however they NEVER refunded our money! When we called to check on our refund, the manager (Sam) argued with me and still kept our money! The place is also run down and there are tears in the carpet.

Soo, on the marquee it has pool (was empty) jacuzzi (storage for construction materials), location was great and had to have special request to have room cleaned. Exterior very shoddy and would not stay again (You get what you pay for) Also paid on priceline and they charged me again! Huh?
